电致发光丝线器件
技术领域  本发明属于发光物理学中的电致发光技术。
背景技术  电致发光器件人们又常称为场致发光器件,本发明是一种电致发光(英文缩写EL)丝线器件,它又称为电致发光线性器件或电致发光灯丝光源,它与平面或点光源电致发光器件有较大区别。专利USW097/24015、CN1182343、CN1209527、CN1304276分别阐述了器件的结构、特点、用途,它们的彩色化均来自外层彩色塑料套管,其发光强度有50%-80%损失,并且单体丝线不可以多色化,多色化需要两根以上的丝线组合实现,中国专利申请号01250547.1在单体结构上实现了彩色化,但它的生产工艺十分复杂。
发明内容  本发明提供了一种电致发光丝线器件,以解决上述技术问题,即在单体丝线上实现了彩色化的方法与结构,其具有工艺简单,应用效果好,发光强度高,色彩多样的特点。本发明采取的技术方案是:一根连续基线体1,其表面镀有金属修饰层2,该金属修饰层上涂有介质层3,介质层外涂有发光层4,该发光层至少是一种或一种以上多种颜色电致发光材料,发光层外有透明导电层5,该透明导电层与1~4根外层保护导电线体6相连,最外层用透明或半透明管7密封。
本发明的优点在于:结构新颖,在单体丝线上实现了彩色化的方法与结构,其具有工艺简单,应用效果好,发光强度高,色彩多样的特点。可以广泛用于显示、广告、指示标志等领域。

具体实施方式
实施例一:一根连续基线体1,其表面镀有金属修饰层2,该金属修饰层上涂有介质层3,介质层外涂有发光层4,该发光层至少是一种或一种以上多种颜色电致发光材料,发光层外有透明导电层5,该透明导电层与2根外层保护导电线体6相连,最外层用透明管7密封;其中:连续基线体1是塑料材料,金属修饰层2采用的金属是银;介质层3是由介质浆与介质料混合后经印刷的方法均匀、连续地涂敷而成,介质粉采用的材料可以是钛酸锶、钛酸铅的混合物,介质浆主要成分是:环氧树脂,氰乙基糖,氰乙基纤维素,稀释剂,介质粉与介质浆的重量比为1∶1,涂敷后介质层在低于110℃温度下固化,厚度不超过1毫米;发光层4采用2种不同颜色的电致发光粉,混合后再与发光层浆料混合后,分别涂敷,电致发光粉为蓝色ZnS∶Cu和橙色ZnS∶MuCu,发光浆料主要是由环氧树脂,固化剂、氰乙基糖,氰乙基醚、氰乙基纤维素,稀释剂组成,电致发光粉与发光浆重量比为1∶2,使用双口挤出机挤出不同颜色的发光材料,涂敷后烘干温度不应超过110℃;透明导电层5是具备连续性及良好导电性的高分子材料,外层保护导电线体6采用塑料材料,其表面镀有金属修饰层,透明管7是由胶体涂敷形成的。
实施例二:一根连续基线体1,其表面镀有金属修饰层2,该金属修饰层上涂有介质层3,介质层外涂有发光层4,该发光层是一种颜色电致发光材料,发光层外有透明导电层5,该透明导电层与2根外层保护导电线体6相连,最外层用半透明管7密封;连续基线体1是高分子材料,金属修饰层2采用的金属可以是金,介质层3采用的材料可以是钛酸锶和钛酸铅的混合物,发光层4采用2种不同颜色的电致发光材料,混合后分别涂敷,透明导电层5是具备连续性及良好导电性的氧化铟薄膜材料,外层保护导电线体6是连续丝线体,采用高分子材料,其表面镀有金属修饰层,半透明管7是用塑料制成。
实施例三:连续基线体1是空心的,其表面镀有金属修饰层2,该金属修饰层上涂有介质层3,介质层外涂有发光层4,该发光层至少是三种颜色电致发光材料,发光层外有透明导电层5,该透明导电层与2根外层保护导电线体6相连,最外层用透明管7密封。

Claims (2)

1、一种电致发光丝线器件,包括一根连续基线体(1),该连续基线体外涂有介质层(3),该介质层外涂有发光层(4),该发光层至少是一种或一种以上多种颜色电致发光材料,发光层外有透明导电层(5),该透明导电层与1~4根外层保护导电线体(6)相连,最外层用透明或半透明管(7)密封。其特征在于:在连续基线体(1)与介质层(3)之间、且在连续基线体表面镀有金属修饰层(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电致发光丝线器件,其特征在于:金属修饰层(2)采用的金属可以是金、银、铜、铝或锡中的任一种。
