本实用新型属于旋流器，特别涉及一种火焰旋风装置。
背景技术：
旋风装置，目前多见于离心旋风分离系统。在燃烧加热系统中用旋风装置来改变自然的火焰形态，以达到充分强化燃烧，提高热效率，将是一种新的探索。
发明内容：
本实用新型设计了一种火焰旋风装置，以通过改变火焰的燃烧形式达到充分强化燃烧，达到对于加热系统提高热效率的目的。设计的火焰旋风装置由风入口、环形风道和由至少两个以上均布于环形风道上并向环内成切线角的气体喷嘴构成。
该实用新型的火焰旋风装置，应用于锅炉的燃烧室送风时，不但可向焰芯直接增氧，而且还能将直焰改变为旋涡返混的焰团。可强化燃烧更为充分，起到节能增效的目的。
本实用新型还可以用于其它旋风搅拌系统。

实施方式：
火焰旋风装置是用于燃烧器中的特殊鼓风装置，它由风入口(1)，环形风道(2)和风喷嘴(3)构成。风道(2)可制成圆环形风桶。在环形风道(2)的内侧均布成切线角的嵌装两个以上的风喷嘴(3)构成的火焰旋风装置。

1、一种火焰旋风装置，其特征在于由风入口(1)、环形风道(2)和风喷嘴(3)构成。
2、如权利要求1所述的火焰旋风装置，其特征在于其中的风道(2)为圆环形风桶。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的火焰旋风装置，其特征在于由至少两个以上的风喷嘴(3)均布于环形风道(2)上，并向环内成切线角构成的火焰旋风装置。
