本实用新型涉及一种支撑机械。
背景技术
现有的支撑装置，通常采用支撑架结构，不同的器件需要与之相配的支撑架，使得安装过程复杂，而且调节费力费时、调节精度差。
本实用新型的公开
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种可实现三维调节，且调节精度高、灵活、定位可靠、安装方便的精密三维支撑可调装置。
本实用新型的目的可通过如下措施来实现：
一种精密三维可调支撑装置，包括支撑台、滑盖、顶盖、密封盖、调节杆、滑座和支撑杆；在外壳内装有滑座，在滑座侧壁的对称位置设有调节杆；在滑座内设有底座，底座上放有支撑杆，支撑杆下端与底座的接触为球面和锥面、锥面和锥面、球面和球面中的至少一种。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点：
本实用新型支撑杆在底座内可随底座前、后、左、右滑动，另由于支撑杆的下端与底座的接触面为球面和锥面或锥面和锥面或球面和球面，因而支撑杆可一定的立体角内旋转，可避免在使用时由于被支撑物体底面和支撑台不平行可能对支撑元件造成的损害；本实用新型的调节精度高、灵活，且安装方便、定位可靠。

参照图1，一种精密三维可调支撑装置，包括支撑台1、滑盖2、顶盖3、密封盖4、调节杆5、滑座6和支撑杆8；在外壳9内装有滑座6，在滑座6侧壁的对称位置设有调节杆5；在滑座6内设有底座7，底座7上放有支撑杆8，支撑杆8下端与底座7的接触为球面和锥面。在底座7与滑座6、滑座6与外壳9之间均设有润滑减摩材料。

1、一种精密三维可调支撑装置，包括支撑台(1)、滑盖(2)、顶盖(3)、密封盖(4)、调节杆(5)、滑座(6)和支撑杆(8)；其特征在于在外壳(9)内装有滑座(6)，在滑座(6)侧壁的对称位置设有调节杆(5)；在滑座(6)内设有底座(7)，底座(7)上放有支撑杆(8)，支撑杆(8)下端与底座(7)的接触为球面和锥面、锥面和锥面、球面和球面中的至少一种。
2、如权利要求1所述的精密三维可调支撑装置，其特征在于在底座(7)与滑座(6)、滑座(6)与外壳(9)之间均设有润滑减摩材料。
