Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种通过单一操作将手柄或圆管紧固到元件的装置,以使得所述手柄或圆管和所述元件在各自旋转位置的任意选择的平面中相互之间可以呈任意选择的角度,例如将具有用于紧固的管形轴的相机紧固到三角架,其中,该装置包括可接收轴的螺纹接头以及具有突出的管形部的、可旋转的管形保持套筒,该保持套筒的外端部为锥形、被开槽并设置有优选为螺旋型螺纹(helical thread)的外螺纹,该外螺纹与开槽的球形衬套的螺旋型内螺纹相配,所述球形衬套位于所述元件的一个端部的球状空腔内,其中所述元件的另一个端部设置有用于紧固到三角架连接件等的部件,其中只要套筒及其锥形部分未被向下拧入到位于所述元件的球状空腔内的球形衬套的锥形的螺纹部中,轴就可自由滑动。
背景技术
多种不同的解决方案可以将多个元件以不同的角度以及在不同的平面上相互紧固。
但是,利用这些现有技术方案难以容易地将例如相机以不同高度和角度固定和紧固到三角架,尤其是仅通过一只手容易地进行固定和紧固。
这些现有技术方案对于所有当前的要求来说存在一定的局限,这些要求包括以不同角度和高度固定例如相机时的使用方便性、精度、与角度位置有关的连续灵活性以及安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服在将多个杆形元件相互连接和固定时的上述问题和缺点。
根据本发明的构思,上述问题可通过具有支架连接件的所述装置来解决,该支架连接件的一端设置有球状空腔,在该球状空腔内配置有球形衬套形式的可弹性变形的衬套。球形衬套被分成多个段、即多个凸缘,并且该球形衬套的球形形状与球状空腔的球形形状相配,其中球形衬套具有锥形的内螺纹部,该锥形的内螺纹部与位于管形锁紧保持套筒的下端的带有锥形的螺纹部的锥形开槽部上的外螺纹相配,该锁紧保持套筒包围安装在例如相机上的杆或手柄,在将锥形的开槽的螺纹部拧入到球形衬套的过程中,带有杆的相机被牢固地夹紧,从而可以在任意期望的平面上以任意期望的角度、高度锁紧带有杆的相机。
因此,本发明包括当接合在一起时形成稳定组合的三个主要元件,该三个主要元件包括:支架连接件,其一端带有支架中的螺栓所用的孔,另一端球状通孔,所述支架连接件可呈45°角,以使得角度变化最大化;相配的球形衬套,其能定位在该球状通孔内并且能被引入到该球状通孔内;以及能接收杆的保持套筒,其具有锥形的螺纹部,且保持套筒的另一端设置有刻有凹槽的环状件。球形衬套的外壁表面被分成多个凸缘,该多个凸缘由位于球形衬套端部的环形部分保持在一起,该球形衬套被放置在球状通孔中。所述多个凸缘可向球形衬套的中心弹性地弯曲,使得球形衬套容易地压入板状支架连接件中的球状空腔,之后,由自身保持在适当位置。球形衬套的凸缘限定了内部的锥形空腔,并且每一个凸缘的内侧上均设置有锥形的螺纹部的一部分。这些螺纹部一起形成了锥形的内螺纹部。保持套筒下端部的螺纹是具有锥形的外螺纹部的锥形,在拧紧的最后阶段,该螺纹部与衬套即凸缘的锥形的内螺纹部紧密配合。在这之前,锁紧保持套筒以及相连接的杆可以在任何旋转位置以任何角度定位,以便最佳地驱动螺纹,直至锁紧保持套筒的头部的锥形的螺纹部与球形衬套的凸缘的螺纹部紧密配合。
施加在螺纹上的压力将衬套向下推入球状通孔的下部,由此所述螺纹被楔(wedge)紧,从而消除了球形衬套转动的可能,同时,当衬套的凸缘被压紧在球状通孔内时,停止驱动所述螺纹。
在支架连接件内设有销,以便将开槽的球形衬套锁定在适当位置并防止其旋转。

具体实施方式
图1和2示出了根据本发明的装置中包含的由优选为金属的硬质可加工材料制成的支架连接件6。该支架连接件的厚度可以变化。支架连接件6的一端具有球状通孔7。
图3是从斜下方观察的球形衬套5、支架连接件6和锥形的螺纹部3的立体图,其中,螺纹部的螺纹处于拧入衬套的螺纹中的拧入位置。锥形的螺纹部3的螺纹被完全拧入球形衬套5,并且球形衬套5的凸缘12填充球状通孔7。球形衬套5借助配置在球状通孔内侧上的销8被锁定而不能转动,使得球形衬套5在螺纹拧紧的过程中不能相对于锥形部分3旋转。
图4示出了由优选也是金属的适当材料制成的球状的球形衬套5,其具有用于限定凸缘的狭槽,并且在这样制造的凸缘之间留有薄的连接部11。该环形的连接部11在不变形的状态下允许凸缘12向内弹性地弯曲,以使得球形衬套5可被挤入到支架连接件6的球状通孔7内。当凸缘12恢复到正常形状时,球形衬套5保持在球状通孔7内的适当位置。衬套5为球形有利于使其倾斜位置不受限制。球形衬套5的内部大体上是锥形的,但是其下部变为尺寸与锥形的螺纹部的螺纹适配的圆筒形,以使得球形衬套5在环形连接部11处于球状通孔7的下部的状态下被保持在支架连接件6的适当位置。球形衬套5的锥形部分的内部设有螺纹13,凸缘12具有锐利边缘以便增加保持效果。
在将锁紧保持套筒的刻有凹槽的环状件4拧紧的过程中,螺纹部头部的螺纹开始接合球形衬套的螺纹,在开槽的球状衬套膨胀的同时,将该球状衬套锁紧到球状通孔7的位于支架连接件6底侧的球状表面上,在锁紧保持套筒2的锥形的螺纹部3相对于球形衬套的内部的锥形部分的螺旋型螺纹旋转的过程中,将球形衬套旋转地向外压向球状通孔7的边缘并锁紧球形衬套,在刻有凹槽的环状件4旋转过程中,球状衬套的凸缘12被锁紧到球状通孔7的内侧。
在拧入锁紧保持套筒2的过程中,锁紧保持套筒2的开槽的侧面压靠所包围的杆,即手柄1。
当利用根据本发明的装置借助锁紧保持套筒的锥形的螺纹部3将两个元件接合在一起,以便将杆状的第一元件1与接收杆的锁紧保持套筒状的第二元件2紧固在一起时,锥形的螺纹部3被推动穿过球状通孔7,其中球形衬套5的凸缘12放置在该球状通孔7中。锥形的螺纹部3的螺纹被推入到与球形衬套5接触的程度。选择其中装配有的杆的锥形的螺纹部3的期望方向,随后继续旋转刻有凹槽的环状件。当锥形的螺纹部3的螺纹完全填充到球形衬套5的锥形部分的螺纹中时,旋转结束,由此挤压球状通孔7内的球形衬套5和球形衬套5的凸缘12,最终将球形衬套5的环形连接部11从球状通孔7的下开口部压出。

本发明的目的是简化将杆状元件锁紧到连接件的锁紧机构,其中可通过单一动作来执行所有平面中的锁紧。只要锁紧动作未被触发,杆及其端部的连接件可沿纵向移动并且此时可完全自由地旋转。
在锁紧保持套筒的旋转过程中,锁紧保持套筒的凸缘将在衬套的孔中闭合并且夹紧和锁紧该杆。锁紧保持套筒在球形衬套的锥形的螺纹空腔内的旋转运动挤开球形衬套的凸缘,球形衬套的被挤开的凸缘压靠安装在支架上的连接件等的球状通孔的球状内部。通过这种方式可锁定球形衬套的位置,通过安装在球状通孔内侧上的销8可以防止球形衬套旋转。由于连接件以45度角设置并能作不同的调整,因此杆可在整个360度范围内呈现任意期望的角度。
当然,在不改变保护范围的前提下,可在所附的权利要求的框架内对本发明进行改型。

Claims (4)

1.一种利用单一动作将手柄或圆管(1)紧固到元件(6)上的装置,例如将带有手柄的相机紧固到三角架上,以使得所述手柄或所述圆管(1)和所述元件(6)在各自旋转位置的任意选择的平面中相互之间呈任意选择的角度,其特征在于,所述装置包括锁紧保持套筒(2)以及用于接收所述手柄或所述圆管(1)的螺纹接头,所述锁紧保持套筒(2)的一端设置有锁紧用的环状件(4),另一端设置有带有外螺纹(3)的开槽的锥形端部(10),所述外螺纹(3)优选为螺旋型螺纹,所述外螺纹(3)与开槽的球形衬套(5)的内螺纹(13)相配,所述球形衬套(5)被放置在位于所述元件(6)的一端的球状空腔(7)内,所述元件(6)的另一端具有用于安装到三角架等的部件,其中,只要所述锁紧保持套筒(2)及其开槽的锥形端部(10)不被向下拧入到所述球状空腔(7)中的所述球形衬套(5)的锥形的螺纹部内,所述手柄或所述圆管(1)就能在所述锁紧保持套筒(2)内自由移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,开槽的所述球形衬套(5)包括借助于薄的环形弹性部(11)互相连接的段(12)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述锁紧保持套筒(2)的锁紧用的环状件(4)用于拧紧所述锁紧保持套筒(2)的下端的开槽的锥形端部(10)的锥形外螺纹(3),而在拧紧所述锁紧用的环状件(4)的过程中,所述锥形外螺纹(3)使所述球形衬套(5)的凸缘(12)在所述球状空腔(7)内膨胀,直至所述环形衬套(5)完全锚固在所述球状空腔(7)内。
