Abstract

一种排渣阀,包括进口通道(1)、阀体腔(2)出口通道(3),其特征在于:进口通道(1)的直径从外到内逐渐变小,为缩径结构,阀体腔(2)和出口通道(3)为平直结构。本实用新型对阀体的不同部位采用变壁厚设计,以适应阀体各部位的不同磨损要求。针对排渣阀适用介质的特殊性,在阀体内腔镶衬了特别耐磨的铸石材料,大大地提高了阀门的耐磨性,延长了阀门的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及阀门,特别是一种排渣阀。
背景技术
现有的排渣阀的阀门阀体的中腔部位形体曲折,介质流阻很大,极易产生泥渣沉积淤结,泥渣沉积,淤结产生后,将障碍阀板下行,导致阀门不能关闭。现有排渣阀的进口通道为圆柱孔形,而且阀门,阀体各部位的壁厚数值相等。造成介质对阀体内腔壁的直接冲刷,极易被介质磨穿,影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种不易产生泥渣沉积并且使用寿命长的排渣阀。
本实用新型的目的是按以下技术方案实现的:
它包括进口通道,阀体、出口通道,进口通道为缩径结构,进口通道的直径从外到内逐渐变小,阀体中腔部位和出口通道的形体为平直结构,并且在阀体腔下半部壁厚比其它部位增厚。为了适用不同特殊性的介质,阀体内腔和出口通道内壁可以镶衬一层特别耐磨的铸石村料。
本实用新型排渣阀在进口通道采用了缩径结构,对高压力、高流速的介质有收束作用,在阀体中腔部连同出口通道的形体为平直结构,介质流通的流阻较小,杜绝了泥渣沉积游结的产生,确保阀板上下运动自如,启阀灵活。本实用新型对阀体的不同部位采用变壁厚设计,以适应阀体各部位的不同磨损要求。针对排渣阀适用介质的特殊性如煤渣、矿石、泥沙石块等,在阀体内腔镶衬了特别耐磨的铸石材料,大大地提高了阀门的耐磨性,延长了阀门的使用寿命。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作具体描述:本实用新型的实施例如附图所示,它包括进口通道1、阀体腔2、出口通道3,进口通道1的直径从外到内逐渐变小,为缩径结构,阀体腔2和出口通道3的形体为平直结构,在阀体腔2的下半部壁厚比其它部位增厚。在阀体腔2内壁和出口通道3内壁镶衬了一层特别耐磨的铸石材料层。

2、如权利要求1所述的排渣阀,其特征在于:阀体腔(2)的下半部壁厚比其它部位壁增厚。
3、如权利要求1所述的排渣阀,其特征在于:阀体腔(2)内壁和出口通道(3)内壁镶衬了一层耐磨铸石材料层。
