本实用新型涉及调节装置,具体地说,是一种适用于高压气体的高压调节器。它由高压输入口,通气阀,放气阀,上溢流阀,上阀体,限位板,模片,阀杆,下阀体,溢流阀,阀门开口,低压输出口等组成,其中,高压输入口的上方连通通气阀,通气阀分别连通放气阀及上阀体,上阀体的上部有上溢流阀,下部连接有限位板,上下限位板之间设有模片,上阀体通过限位板连接下阀体,下阀体内有一阀杆,下阀体的两侧分别连接高压输入口和低压输出口,下阀体中有阀门开口。模片采用耐压、耐油气腐蚀、耐高低温的材料制做。本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有结构简单,容易制做,成本低,输出压力及流量稳定,适用范围广等优点。

高压调节器
(一)技术领域:
本实用新型涉及调节装置,具体地说,是一种适用于高压气体(包括各类工业气体、天然气等,带腐蚀的气体除外)的高压调节器。
(二)背景技术:
目前,国内使用的大部分高压气体节流装置为瓶口阀(俗称氧气表),但它仅能满足小流量的用户,而对高压大流量的用户,现有的产品则无法满足其使用要求。
(三)发明内容:
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的提供一种安全可靠、性能稳定的大流量高压调节器,以满足不同用户要求。本实用新型是一种自力式调压器,它由通气阀,放气阀,溢流阀,阀体,限位板,模片等组成,通过对模片的上下腔压力的调节,控制阀口的开度,以达到满足不同输出压力和流量的要求。本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有结构简单,容易制做,成本低,输出压力及流量稳定,适用范围广等优点,调节器的输出压力可在0.2Mpa至3Mpa范围内任意调节。调节器的输出流量可由60Nm3/h调节至2000m3/h。

(五)具体实施方式:
本实用新型是由高压输入口1,通气阀2,放气阀3,上溢流阀4,上阀体5,限位板6,模片7,阀杆8,下阀体9,溢流阀10,阀门开口11,低压输出口12组成,其中,高压输入口1的上方连通通气阀2,通气阀2分别连通放气阀3及上阀体5,上阀体5的上部有上溢流阀4,下部连接有限位板6,上下限位板6之间设有模片7,上阀体5通过限位板6连接下阀体9,下阀体9内有一阀杆8,下阀体9的两侧分别连接高压输入口1和低压输出口12,下阀体9中有阀门开口11。模片7采用耐压、耐油气腐蚀、耐高低温的材料制做。当高压气体从高压输入口1进入到下阀体9时,压力为P0,经下阀体9与阀杆8的开口间隙为b的缝隙处流出,压力为P2。压力为P2天然气经小孔流至模片7的下腔。另外,高压天然气人工操作由通气阀2流至上阀体5内,经放气阀3调节使压力为P1。当P1>P2时,模片7及阀杆8向下运动,使开口b增大,此时流过的气量增加,从而使P2压力增大;反之模片7及阀杆8向上运动,使开口b减小,此时流过的气量将减小,结果使P2压力下降。当P1=P2时,模片7上下腔压力平衡,使开口b处于一定的开度,从而维持出口压力P2和流量稳定。

1.一种高压调节器,由高压输入口(1),通气阀(2),放气阀(3),上溢流阀(4),上阀体(5),限位板(6),模片(7),阀杆(8),下阀体(9),溢流阀(10),阀门开口(11),低压输出口(12)组成,其特征在于:高压输入口(1)的上方连通通气阀(2),通气阀(2)分别连通放气阀(3)及上阀体(5),上阀体(5)的上部有上溢流阀(4),下部连接有限位板(6),上阀体(5)通过限位板(6)连接下阀体(9),下阀体(9)内有一阀杆(8),下阀体(9)的两侧分别连接高压输入口(1)和低压输出口(12),下阀体(9)中有阀门开口(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压调节器,其特征在于上下限位板(6)之间设有模片(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高压调节器,其特征在于模片7采用耐压、耐油气腐蚀、耐高低温的材料制做。
