Abstract

一种改进的自行车车头组,包括车龙头、螺帽、盖体、轴承滑轮、顶制体及套杆;盖体的内缘适当处形成一卡部,顶制体亦在其外缘适当处形成凸部,借由此结构将卡部与凸部包覆于盖体内。其可在自行车车头做180度的偏转时,可避免因卡部与凸部在卡合时,容易造成的意外,提高安全性,并可防止自行车车头卡部与凸部发生断裂损坏等意外,不会给使用者造成额外负担,具有产业利用价值。

Description

改进的自行车车头组
本实用新型涉及一种自行车部件,尤其涉及一种可提高安全性的改进的自行车车头组。
众所周知,自行车车头是自行车中实现卡合转动的不可或缺的部件,同时也是保证安全的关键部件。为了保证骑乘时的安全及提高其使用功能,业者也在注意对自行车车头的不断改进。为此,本创作人曾研制出在先申请的台湾第90200626号专利,其是由一车龙头、一螺帽、一盖体、一轴承滑轮、一顶制体及一套杆组成,与习用的自行车车头相比,在整体结构上虽只做了微小的变化,确大大提高使用的便利性。但在使用过程中发现,其仍存在如下缺点:
1、该在先专利中的卡部与凸部是外露于车龙头,容易在转动卡合时发生意外,如:夹到衣物品或小朋友的手等;
2、该在先专利的卡部与凸部容易因外力撞击而断裂损坏,造成其维修上的负担。
有鉴于此,本创作人积从事此类产品制销的多年经验,历经不断地开发及与实验,终于研制成功本实用新型,以嘉惠所有的消费者及业界。
本实用新型的主要目的在于,提供一种改进的自行车车头组,使其自行车车头在做180度的偏转时,可避免因卡部与凸部在卡合时,容易造成的意外,提高安全性。
本实用新型的次要目的在于,提供一种改进的自行车车头组,以防止自行车车头卡部与凸部发生断裂损坏等意外,不会给使用者造成额外负担,具有产业利用价值。
本实用新型的目的是由以下技术方案实现的。
一种改进的自行车车头组,包括车龙头、一螺帽、一盖体、一轴承滑轮、一顶制体及套杆,该车龙头内部形成一中空状,而该盖体设有一容置孔,供第一车头穿入;该顶制体亦设有容置孔,供车龙头穿置入,该套杆上形成一螺纹柱;其特征在于:所述盖体的内缘适当处形成一卡部,所述顶制体亦在其外缘适当处形成凸部,借由此结构将卡部与凸部包覆于盖体内。
本实用新型可在自行车车头做180度的偏转时,可避免因卡部与凸部在卡合时,容易造成的意外,提高安全性,并可防止自行车车头卡部与凸部发生断裂损坏等意外,不会给使用者造成额外负担,具有产业利用价值。

请参阅图1及图2所示,本实用新型包括(10)、一螺帽(20)、一盖体(30)、一轴承滑轮(40)、一顶制体(50)及套杆(60);其中:
该第一车龙头(10)内部形成一中空状,该盖体(30)设有一容置洞(31),供车龙头(10)穿入,且其在内缘适当处设有卡部(32)。
该顶制体(50)亦设有容置洞(51),供车龙头(10)穿置套入,且其在外缘适当处形成有凸部(52),该套杆(60)上形成一螺纹柱(61)。
本实用新型在组装时,其将车龙头(10)穿过螺帽(20)、盖体(30)、轴承滑轮(40)及顶制体(50)再与套杆(60)上的螺纹柱(61)相螺合,而使螺帽(20)、盖体(30)、轴承滑轮(40)及顶制体(50)包覆在车龙头(10)及套杆(60)间,而构成本实用新型。
本实用新型在使用时,请参阅图4、5所示,当车头转动时,其会带动盖体(30)转动,而等车头转动了180度时,其盖体(30)内缘形成的卡部(32)便会卡合于其顶制体(50)外缘的凸部(52)。
请参阅图3所示,本实用新型卡合动作时,因其盖体(30)的卡部(32)是设于盖体(30)的内缘,且将顶制体(50)外缘的凸部(52)包覆其中,因此其并不存在上述在先专利卡部(32)与凸部(52)外露的缺点,这样,便可以防止其在卡合时所造成的意外事故,且亦可使卡部(32)与凸部(52)受盖体(30)的保护,而不会发生受外力撞击而断裂损坏的情形。
由以上所述可知,由于将自行车车头的卡部与凸部设于盖体内,因此可防止因卡合时易造成的意外,提高安全性;本实用新型在使用时,完全克服在先专利的缺点,具有实用性,并具有产业上的利用价值,由于是利用盖体,将卡部与凸部包覆其中,使其不会因受外力撞击而发生断裂损坏的情况。
综上所述,本实用新型与习用结构相比,可大大提高其安全性,具有新颖性、创造性、实用性,符合新型专利要件,故依法提出专利申请。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种改进的自行车车头组,包括车龙头、一螺帽、一盖体、一轴承滑轮、一顶制体及套杆,而其中该车龙头其内部形成一中空状,该盖体设有一容置孔,供第一车头穿入;
    该顶制体亦设有容置孔,供车龙头穿置入,该套杆上形成一螺纹柱;
    其特征在于:
    所述盖体的内缘适当处形成一卡部,所述顶制体亦在其外缘适当处形成凸部,借由此结构将卡部与凸部包覆于盖体内。
