Abstract

一种运输包装用垫木,主要为利用人造木质板生产技术生产的外形符合特定使用要求的人造木质垫木,其特征在于,在所述人造木质垫木的内部沿其长度方向分层布置有长度略比人造木质垫木略短的筋条,采用如此布筋结构的人造木质垫木可明显提高其抗弯曲强度,垫木的塑性因为加入韧性好的竹条,而得到一定改善。

一种运输包装用垫木
本实用新型属运输包装技术领域，尤其涉及运输金属板卷、型材的包装垫衬物。
在实际生产中，采用人造木质垫木替代天然木材垫木作为运输金属板卷、金属型材或较重机器设备的底层或隔层垫衬物时，会出现因抗弯曲强度不够而弯曲折断的问题。现有技术可采取的解决措施是在模压人造木质垫木时，增大压模力以增强人造木质垫木的强度。这样做，垫木的抗弯曲强度虽能有一定改善，但其刚性却大大增加，塑性变差，导致抗振动冲击能力减弱。
针对上述人造木质垫木存在的问题，本实用新型提出如下解决方案，以达到既能增强人造木质垫木的抗弯曲强度，又能增加垫木塑性的目的。
一种运输包装用垫木，主要是利用人造木质板生产技术生产的外形符合特定使用要求的人造木质垫木，其特征在于，在所述人造木质垫木的内部沿其长度方向分层布置有长度略比人造木质垫木略短的筋条。
进一步地，所述的运输包装用垫木内部筋条的分布可按照垫木的受力情况集中分布于接近垫木的下表面和上表面区域，所布置筋条的总横截面积为人造木质垫木总横截面积的10～40％。
本实用新型的优点在于：采用人造木质垫木内部加筋条结构，在同等使用条件下可明显提高其抗弯曲强度，若所加筋条为韧性好的竹条，其塑性还能得到一定程度改善。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
实施例：
选用成熟竹材，将其划剖成截面积为4～16mm2，长度较垫木1略短的竹条2，先在模的底层薄铺一层骨料3，其上密集布放一层竹条2，中间层填入骨料3，在接近上表面区域时，再密集布放一层竹条2，再薄铺一层骨料3，然后按现有压模工艺压制成型即可。
所布置竹条的总横截面积为人造木质垫木总横截面积的10～40％。

1、一种运输包装用垫木，主要利用人造木质板技术和主原料生产出外形符合特定使用要求的人造木质垫木，其特征在于，在所述人造木质垫木的内部沿其长度方向分层布置有长度略比人造木质垫木略短的筋条。
2、如权利要求1所述的运输包装用垫木，其特征在于，筋条的分布可按照垫木的受力情况集中分布于接近垫木的下表面和上表面区域，所布置筋条的总横截面积为人造木质垫木总横截面积的10～40％。
