Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种改良结构的吸油烟机,包括有风箱和设于风箱内的风轮,其特征在于风箱底部对应于进风口的开口处设有一环形内侧板,该内侧板的上沿位于风轮叶片的外沿侧并高于风轮叶片的底部;在风箱侧壁与底部的弯角处直接设置有排油管。本实用新型使风箱底部具有集油盘和排油管的功能,可替代现有结构的集油盘,有效缩小了吸油烟机高度,并且增大了风压和降低了噪音,油污在风箱正压力下,经排油管轻易被排出,不易积聚。

技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种吸油烟机。
背景技术：如图1所示，目前的吸油烟机的风箱1一般配置油盘2，油盘的底部侧面设有排油管3，该油盘和排油管通常用塑料材料制成并设置在风箱下方的进风口上，用于收集并排放风道分离出来的油污，油污经排油管汇集于油杯4上，该油盘2实际上风箱空间的延伸，是吸油烟机整机高度的一部分，由于油盘结构的影响，降低了吸油烟机的风压，增加了噪音，并且由于结构上的因素，油污流动不畅顺并容易黏结在油盘上，增加了清洁的难度。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可以取消现有的油盘和有效缩小风箱的高度，令吸油烟机整机高度可以大幅度减少，且又能比其他机种更有效收集油污，提高风压和降低噪音的一种改良结构的吸油烟机。
本实用新型是这样实现的，一种改良结构的吸油烟机，包括有风箱和设于风箱内的风轮，其特征在于：在风箱的进风口处设有一环形的内侧板；在风箱侧壁与底部之间的弯角处直接设置有排油管。
作为上述方案的进一步改进，其特征在于内侧板的上沿位于风轮叶片的外沿侧并高于风轮叶片的底部；
本实用新型的原理和优点叙述如下：本实用新型在风箱底部直接设一环形内侧板，使风箱底部具有集油盘和排油管的功能，可替代现有结构的集油盘，有效缩小了吸油烟机高度，并且增大了风压和降低了噪音，油污在风箱正压力下，经排油管轻易被排出，不易积聚。

具体实施方式：如图2，该改良结构的吸油烟机，包括有风箱11和设于风箱内的风轮12，风箱11底部对应于进风口的开口处设有一环形内侧板13，该内侧板13的上沿位于风轮叶片14的外侧沿并高于风轮叶片14的底部，在风箱11侧壁与底部之间的弯角处直接设置排油管15。本实用新型的风箱底部具有集油盘的功能，油污在风箱正压力下，经排油管15轻易地排出，汇集于油杯16。

1：一种改良结构的吸油烟机，包括有风箱(11)和设于风箱内的风轮(12)，其特征在于：在风箱(11)的进风口处，设有一环形内侧板(13)，在风箱(11)侧壁与底部之间的弯角处直接设置有排油管(15)。
2：根据权利要求1所述的改良结构的吸油烟机，其特征在于内侧板(13)的上沿位于风轮叶片(14)的外沿侧并高于风轮叶片(14)的底部。
