Abstract

本实用新型涉及对一种燃油箱的改进。将节油限流箱安装在吸油管下端燃油箱内的底面上,节油限流箱与进油管的一端相连接,进油管的另一端固定在加油管中,使其可以向节油限流箱内加油,形成节油限流装置。该节油限流装置,可以使新下线的汽车节约燃油,在正常使用时,可以限制燃油的波动,保证供油顺畅。

节油限流装置
本实用新型涉及对一种汽车燃油箱的改进。
通常的汽车没有节油限流装置，在汽车制造厂新下线的汽车，燃油箱应尽量少装油，只要能试车、开到车库即可，但由于燃油箱较大，油装的少，油面深度不够，汽车行进中对燃油的冲击，使油面波动，造成间歇供油比较困难或气阻现象，故必须多装一些油，才能保证汽车开出一定的距离，这就造成了燃油的浪费，而在正常使用时，如燃油箱燃油较少时，也会因冲击，油面波动而造成瞬间供不上油或气阻现象。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种节油限流装置，在新车下生产线时，将燃油按新车下线行驶里程所需的量加入节油限流装置内(仅是原加油量的15％-25％)，从而节约了燃油；在正常使用中，当油量较少时，节油限流装置发挥限制燃油由于冲击而产生的波动，使汽车供油保持正常，不发生瞬间供不上油或气阻现象。
结合附图1本实用新型是这样实现的。当新车下线时，将燃油从加油管2中的进油管3加入，燃油经进油管3、进入燃油箱1中的节油限流箱4内，吸油管5将燃油吸出使新下生产线的汽车能正常试车、入库。当顾客购车后，可将进油管3放入燃油箱1内或将进油管3与节油限流箱拉断，使节油限流箱4在使用中发挥燃油限流的作用，防止燃油较少时由于冲击而造成的供不上油、气阻的现象。
按照上述结构制成的节油限流装置，使汽车制造厂节约了燃油，用户在使用中汽车供油更加顺畅。

实施例：按照附图所示结构可用在各种较大的燃油箱上，一般只要在吸油管下端燃油箱内底面安装上节油限流箱，连结上进油管，并将进油管另一端固定在燃油箱加油管内即可实现，节油限流箱由注塑或金属板制成，容积、形状可按不同的需求量和不同燃油箱的要求而定，进油管用耐油塑料或橡胶管制成。

1、一种节油限流装置，其特征是相连的进油管(3)、节油限流箱(4)，节油限流箱(4)固定在吸油管(5)下端燃油箱(1)内的底面上，进油管(3)的另一端固定在加油管(2)中。
