Abstract
一种新型稠油加热装置,是针对稠油中各种加热炉的缺点而设计的更为完美的装置。为了使燃烧更充分,保证烟管中不积炭,采用了蓄热式的燃烧室,为了简化炉体结构,提高换热能力,消除热应力,采用了水火管联合,环管下集箱、防暴板等结构从而实现本实用新型的目的。本实用新型结构简,效率高、省材料、便制造、保安全。不仅减少了制造成本,也降低了运行成本,它的开发将取得较好的经济效益。
Description
本实用新型属于锅炉供热及设计制造技术领域。
现有油田稠油加热装置有水套炉,火管炉。均有各自的缺点:水套炉低能位换热,效率低,浪费能源,火管炉用火直接烧油管加热管中的稠油,容易烧爆,使用寿命短。最近,辽河油田推行的各种工质炉,有的结构复杂,增加制造成本,有的燃烧不好造成积碳,影响使用。
一种新型稠油加热装置的目的是:针对上述各种稠油加热炉的特点,提供一种新型的结构简、性能全、造价低、使用方便、安全可靠、节能的新型稠油加热装置。
本实行新型为实现上述目的采取以下技术方案:如图1所示:(1)是放在炉体内由高铝水泥做成的烧燃室,其周围的环管下集箱(2)上壁联接着若干个水管(3)下壁联接火管(4),水管(3)上端联接工质腔体(6)的下封头,火管从水管中穿过上接工质腔体(6)的上封头。环型集箱与水冷壁(5)相联。工质腔体下部装有工质溶液,工质腔上部装有加热稠油的螺旋盘管(7),第二燃烧室(8)上方装有防爆挡板(9),防爆口打开与烟囱(10)相通。螺旋盘管两端为出口管(11)入口管(12)。工质腔做成真空态,压力-0.095Mpa。
本实用新型有如下优点:1、工质腔在负压下工作,因此启动快;2、输油盘管在汽相中进行热交换,因此,换热能力强,且不会过热烧暴;3、真空腔内等温等压,因此,便于温度或压力控制;4、燃烧室在有蓄热作用的耐火套中,再加上第二燃烧室,在保证充分配氧的条件下,就能保证很高的燃烧温度和足够燃烧时间,因此,有很高燃烧效率。5、火管在水管中,水管也可以用翅片管,火管也可以用波纹管,因此,不仅简化的炉体结构,增加了换热面积,同时也提高了换热系数。6、环管下集箱结构,消除热应力,因此,提高了炉体的使用寿命;7、防暴挡板与烟道相通,因此,保证一旦燃烧室内用天然气与空气配比不当时的安全。

本实用新型的工作原理及工艺过程描述如下:天然气在燃烧室(1)内经充分燃烧后,进入第二燃烧室(8),然后进入过火腔(13),其辐射热被水管、工质腔体及水冷壁吸收,传热给工质,同时在过火腔里的水管也进行了对流换热。然后烟火进入火管(4)进行对流换热给工质后,经烟囱(10)排出。工质腔体内工质受热后很快汽化,汽化潜热将流经螺旋盘管的稠油加热,同时工质蒸汽冷凝后回流,经加热再汽化,从而完成了热量的工作循环。
另外,如果需要,工质蒸汽也可以输出工质腔外,对输油管进行伴热或对高架储油罐进行保温或加热,工质冷凝后在足够的静压下保证回流,可以免去强制循环。
根据上述第五、第七部分的说明,即可完成零部件的制造、组装、调试,实施本实用新型的要求。

- 一种新型稠油加热装置,其结构包括蓄热式的燃烧室,过火腔中水火管联合及环管下集箱结构,其特征在于,水火管联合结构是一种管中管结构,里边的火管上端与工质腔上封头相联,管内与烟道相通,火管下端与环管下集箱下壁相联管内与过火腔相通,水管在火管外上端与工质腔下封头相联,下端与环管下集箱相联,工质在水火管间循环,环管下集箱用弯管与工质腔体的水冷壁相联。
