热轧成形钢基翅片管,涉及电厂锅炉换热器中所使用的散热元件,它是由一厚壁无缝钢管经加热至900℃以上将管子外表面的钢材轧成翅片而制成的,它克服了缠绕式翅片管热传导系数不高,及易脱焊的缺点。

热轧成形钢基翅片管
本实用新型涉及电厂锅炉换热器内部使用的散热元件。
目前国内电厂锅炉换热器内使用的翅片管,是采用高频焊技术把薄钢带缠绕并焊接在钢管上而制成的。因此在热传导过程中焊接部位热阻较大,经长期使用易脱焊,影响使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种整体结构,不需焊接的钢基翅片管,它能有效地提高翅片管的热传导系数,也不存在脱焊而影响使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,翅片部份与基管部份是用一厚壁无缝钢管经加热至900℃以上将管子外表面的钢材轧成翅片,而管子内表面基本不变。
由于采用上述方案,本实用新型为同一钢材整体制成、翅片与基管之间的热阻较小,也不需焊接。因此提高热传导效率,也延长了使用寿命。
本实用新型的具体结构及形状由实施例及其附图给出。
在附图中厚壁无缝钢管的外部钢材经加热轧制成为翅片部份供散热用,未经轧制变形的内表面钢材为基管部份。图中,1为翅片、2为基管。

Claims (1)

1.热轧钢基翅片管是由翅片部份与基管两部份构成。其特征是:翅片部份与基管部份是用一厚壁无缝钢管、经加热至900℃以上,将管子外表面的钢材轧成翅片具备散热功能,而管子内表面基本不变保留管子的功能。
