本实用新型一种豆浆机打浆刀片属于一般粉碎工具，具体地说是一种特别适合家用豆浆机的粉碎刀具，包括有翼根和刀翼。
现有技术豆浆机打浆刀片在网罩内高速旋转破碎豆料，旋转时搅拌范围小，粉碎效果较差。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，公开一种豆浆机打浆刀片的结构，能够增大搅拌作用，显著改善粉碎效果，提高出浆率。
本实用新型一种豆浆机打浆刀片，包括有翼根和刀翼，实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是：与翼根连为一体的刀翼呈十字型分布，其中一对对称刀翼相对翼根平面向上弯折，另一对对称刀翼相对翼根平面向下弯折，翼根中心设置有轴孔。
实现本实用新型目的的前述豆浆机打浆刀片实施例还可以是：刀翼相对翼根平面弯折角α为0°＜α≤20°。
实现本实用新型目的的前述豆浆机打浆刀片实施例还可以是：沿刀翼旋转切削面设置有弧形刀刃。
由于本实用新型豆浆机打浆刀片采取刀翼相对翼根平面弯折，高速旋转时粉碎空间为一圆柱体，呈立体粉碎方式，不仅扩大了搅拌范围，使豆子在粉碎过程中产生顺滑的类似流体流动效果，而且增大了刀具对豆料的粉碎几率，使粉碎均匀、流畅，可获得更高的出浆率，较好地实现了本实用新型的目的。
下面结合附图对本实用新型豆浆机打浆刀片及其实施例做进一步说明。

作为本实用新型豆浆机打浆刀片的实施例，如图1～3所示，包括有翼根和刀翼，与翼根1连为一体的刀翼2呈十字型分布，其中一对对称刀翼2相对翼根1平面向上弯折，另一对对称刀翼2相对翼根1平面向下弯折，翼根1中心设置有轴孔3，通过轴孔3可浆本实用新型豆浆机打浆刀片固定在豆浆机外伸轴端；作为较佳实施例，如图2、3所示，刀翼2相对翼根1平面弯折角α范围可以为0°＜α≤20°，α角度过大，效果会明显变差；作为更佳实施例，如图1所示，最好是沿刀翼2旋转切削面设置有弧形刀刃4，不仅可以增大刀片粉碎工作面长度，提高粉碎效率，而且可以减少流体摩擦阻力，改善粉碎效果。

1、一种豆浆机打浆刀片，包括有翼根和刀翼，其特征在于与翼根(1)连为一体的刀翼(2)呈十字型分布，其中一对对称刀翼(2)相对翼根(1)平面向上弯折，另一对对称刀翼(2)相对翼根(1)平面向下弯折，翼根(1)中心设置有轴孔(3)。
2、如权利要求1所述的豆浆机打浆刀片，其特征在于刀翼(2)相对翼根(1)平面弯折角α为0°＜α≤20°。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的豆浆机打浆刀片，其特征在于沿刀翼(2)旋转切削面设置有弧形刀刃(4)。
