Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种移动商务电话机,具有手机直拨商务服务中心的功能。在普通手机电路上增设一商务按键和一预存有商务服务中心电话号码及程序的固态存储器芯片,商务按键与手机电路内中央处理单元(CPU)模块的一输入/输出控制端口连接,固态存储器芯片也与该CPU模块连接。只需按压商务键,就可通过I/O口和手机CPU触接,并指令固态存储器芯片将存储的商务电话号码无线发送给商务服务中心,商务服务中心按用户选择为用户提供全方位的服务。

移动商务电话机
本实用新型涉及一种电话机，更确切地说是涉及一种具有直拨商务服务中心功能的移动商务电话机(或称商务手机)。
现今生活中，消费者若要获得预定酒店、预定飞机火车票、电话银行、产品售后服务、IP电话等各种服务时，都需先给相关的服务商打电话，由于各服务商的电话号码不同，因此每预约一种服务就要记一个服务商的电话号码和至少打一次电话，如预定酒店打一个电话号码，预定飞机票再打一个电话号码，类似的服务商越多，消费者根据需要所要记住的电话号码也就越多。若消费者利用电话卡打电话，由于目前社会上流行有多种电话消费卡，且每一种卡都有一串数字，消费者除了要记忆服务商的电话号码外，还要再记住这组数字，即，使用一次电话预约服务就需要拨出一长串号码，相当繁琐且不方便，也从某种程度上影响了这种电话预约服务的推广应用。因此，虽然广泛开展各种电子商务服务活动，旨在给消费者提供方便，但用现有的普通电话机或普通手机拨打商务服务电话，却从另一方面给用户带来麻烦。
为了解决一种商务服务、一个商务服务商、一个商务电话号码的电话预约服务模式所存在的不方便用户使用的蔽端，已出现了由一个商务服务商、使用一个商务电话号码、提供多种商务服务的电话预约服务模式，用户可只拨打一个商务服务中心的电话号码，就可按用户需要获得多种不同的服务。在这种商务环境下，用户明显可少记许多电话号，但毕竟仍要拨打一串数字，还是不够简捷、方便。
此外，随着人们生活水平的普遍提高及移动通讯技术的迅速发展，手机的拥有率及使用率已越来越高，如果能让手机具有直拨商务服务中心的功能，无疑会给手机用户带来极大的方便，有益于提高他们的工作效率。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种移动商务电话机，使现有的普通手机具有可直拨某商务服务中心的功能，方便用户使用，使更多的手机用户可从电子商务中获得更多更有效的服务。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种移动商务电话机，包括普通手机电路，其特征在于：还包括有一商务按键和一预存有商务服务中心电话号码的固态存储器芯片；商务按键与手机电路内中央处理单元(CPU)模块的一输入/输出控制端口连接，所述的固态存储器芯片与手机内该中央处理单元(CPU)模块连接。
本实用新型的移动商务电话机，只需在普通手机上增加少许元件并与原手机中元件进行连接，就可将普通手机改装为一移动商务电话机，结构简单；只要按压一个商务键就可直拨商务服务中心，使用快捷方便，无需记忆；可让更多的消费者通过电子商务服务渠道获得更多更好的服务，包括预定酒店、预定飞机火车票、IP电话、电话银行及各种产品售后服务等。
下面结合实施例及附图进一步说明本实用新型的技术。
图1是本实用新型移动商务电话机的一种面板结构示意图。
图2是本实用新型移动商务电话机的电路结构图。
参见图1，图中示出按本实用新型的技术方案实施的一种移动商务电话机的面板1的结构，设置有原手机配置的拨号键盘2、翻页键3、退出键4、结束键5、功能键6、拨出键7、显示窗口9和专为实现本移动商务电话机而设置的商务键8。即，在普通手机面板上增加了一个按键—商务键8。
参见图2，图中仅示出专为实现本移动商务电话机而设置的商务键8、固态存储器11及与普通手机电路的连接电路。固态存储器11可采用任意型号的存储器芯片，在芯片出厂时将特定的可提供全方位服务的商务服务中心的电话号码编制在软件程序中并存放在该固态存储器11中，在手机的原中央处理单元(CPU)模块12上再增开一个输入/输出(I/O)控制端口，将商务键8与该输入/输出(I/O)控制端口10连接而作为一触发键，固态存储器11与手机的原中央处理单元(CPU)模块12连接。
按压商务键8时，通过新增开的输入/输出(I/O)控制端口与手机内原中央处理单元(CPU)模块触接，并指令固态存储器11将预置在固态存储器11内的商务服务中心电话号码无线发送给商务服务中心，接通商务服务中心后，再通过商务服务中心的语音平台，语音询问消费者，需要什么样的服务，由消费者根据语音提示，进行相应的数字按键选择，就可自我选择所需要的服务了。
商务键8可加装在电话机面板上，也可对原电话机按键进行改制，可用不同于其它按键的颜色或形状作标记。固态存储器11在出厂前就可将全国性的商务中心的电话号码存储于内。当消费者需要预定酒店、预定飞机火车票等时，只需按压该键，就可利用手机直拨该全国性的商务中心，全国性的商务中心接到消费者的指令后就可为消费者提供全方位的服务。整个过程简单快捷，给手机用户提供了极大的方便。

1、一种移动商务电话机，包括普通手机电路，其特征在于：还包括有一商务按键和一预存有商务服务中心电话号码的固态存储器芯片；商务按键与手机电路内中央处理单元(CPU)模块的一输入/输出控制端口连接，所述的固态存储器芯片与手机内该中央处理单元(CPU)模块连接。
