本实用新型涉及笔记本电脑插卡连接器,使容量、功能增加。包括:一第一连接器、两弹片,其特征是:第一连接器内有上、下两排端子容纳孔,端子容纳孔下方形成端子容纳槽,端子容纳槽内设有端子,端子容纳槽两侧设有一缺口;两弹片一端穿设连结于第一连接器端子容纳槽缺口,并使第一连接器形成架高状态。用于笔记本电脑。

Description

插卡连接器
本实用新型涉及笔记本电脑用的一种连接器。
现有笔记本电脑的插卡连接器大多使用一组,并插接一片电子卡,但对某些须要更高记忆容量及更多电脑功能的人士而言,只能以串接多种外围模块的插槽转换,才能克服记忆容量及电脑功能不足的困窘。为此,现已有业者开发至两组插卡连接器,并增加记忆容量,克服上述功能的不足。但是,两组插卡连接器是采用并排组合方式或前、后排列设计的,而插卡连接器必须插接电子卡、记忆卡等才能扩充电脑功能,故并排组合或前、后排列的插卡连接器加上电子卡本身的体积,便使得笔记本电脑的长度及体积随之增加,这便丧失了笔记本电脑强调体积小的特色,将不能很好满足使用要求。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能较好地适应笔记本电脑体小、轻巧特色,较好地满足使用要求的插卡连接器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:插卡连接器,其包括:一第一连接器、两弹片,其特征是:第一连接器内有上、下两排端子容纳孔,端子容纳孔下方形成端子容纳槽,端子容纳槽内设有端子,端子容纳槽两侧设有一缺口;  两弹片一端穿设连结于第一连接器端子容纳槽缺口,并使第一连接器形成架高状态。
上述设计,使第一连接器架高后,可避免阻挡电脑零组计的设置,亦可连接第二连接器,藉由第一连接器及第二连接器可各自插接一电子卡,如记忆卡、智能卡或功能卡,可有效达成扩充电脑功能及增加记忆容量,同时亦达到了笔记本电脑体小、轻巧特色,较好地满足使用要求的效果。

如图1、2所示:本实用新型包括:一第一连接器10、两弹片40,其特征是:第一连接器10内有上、下两排端子容纳孔102,端子容纳孔102下方形成端子容纳槽103,端子容纳槽103内设有端子104,端子容纳槽103两侧设有一缺口103a;两弹片40一端穿设连结于第一连接器10端子容纳槽103缺口103a,并使第一连接器10形成架高状态。其中,第一连接器10为一体成型结构。其中,第一连接器10为塑料射出成型结构,即注塑成型产品。该第一连接器10上端边缘处形成插槽101,插槽内有一上、下两排的端子容纳孔102(上排端子容纳孔图略),下排的端子容纳孔102下方设有一排端子容纳槽103。
如图1、2、5、8所示:端子104一端并延伸出端子容纳槽103外,第一连接器10两侧延伸一接合体20,接合体20呈L型,一侧设有一弹性臂21,弹性臂21端缘处有一缺槽211,内侧有一凸扣212,接合体20与弹性臂21形成一间隙22,间隙22被插接连结一固定片30一端,另端形成一倒勾301,倒勾301勾设连结于弹性臂端缘的缺槽211,接合体20底端连结一弹片40,弹片40一端穿结缺口103a,另一端形成一凸缘401,凸缘401上有一圆孔402,可增加焊接牢固性,架高第一连接器10后可连接第二连接器50,并据此插接电子卡100、200。也就是说,其中,该插卡连接器,其还包括第二连接器50、第三连接器10a及第四连接器50a,即连接器共为四组。
如图3、4所示:另设有一第二连接器50。该第二连接器50上端边缘处形成一插槽501,插槽501内设有一上、下两排端子容纳孔502,该下排端子容纳孔502下方并设有一排端子容纳槽503,该端子容纳槽503两侧设有一缺口503a,端子容纳槽内设有端子504,该端子504一端并延伸出端子容纳槽503外,第二连接器50两侧延伸一接合体60,接合体60呈L型,接合体60外侧延伸一斜角601,斜角601形状概呈一h型,接合体60一侧设有一弹性臂61,弹性臂端缘处设有一缺槽611,弹性臂61内侧设有一凸扣612,结合体60与弹性臂61中形成一间隙62,间隙62可插接连结一固定片70,固定片70一端形成倒勾701,倒勾701可勾设连结于弹性臂61端缘处缺槽611,接合体60底端连结一固定弹片80,固定弹片一端穿设连结于端子容纳槽503两侧缺口503a,固定弹片80底端形成一底层801,固定弹片80底端底层801,形状概呈一L型,底层801上设有一圆孔802可增加焊接牢固性。
如图1、5所示:第一连接器10与第二连接器50可分开独自设置,亦可为塑料射出并一体成型,第一连接器10的端子容纳槽103,高于第二连接器50的端子容纳槽503,故可将第二连接器50置放于第一连接器10下方,再将第二连接器50的斜角601前缘,卡固连结于第一连接器10的弹片40内侧,如此,即可完成第一连接器10与第二连接器50的连结动作。
如图5-8所示:第一连接器10与第二连接器50完成后,即可焊接于电路板90上,并将凸缘401及底层801焊接于电路板90的第一焊点901及第二焊点902,再将第一电子卡100与第二电子卡200,以略呈45角度插入两连接器10、50的插槽101、501内,然后将两电子卡100、200分别向下压至两端子容纳槽103、503中,即可接合于两电子片1/00、200的接点,并将两电子卡100、200两侧凸槽100a、200a扣接于相对应的两凸扣212、612上完成连接。
如图9、10所示:本实用新型使笔记本电脑可符合某些须要更大记忆容量及更多电脑功能的专业人士使用,因其可设置第一、二、三、四连接器10、50、10a、50a并配合插接第一、第二、第三及第四电子卡100、200、300、400满足须要。

1、插卡连接器,其包括:一第一连接器、两弹片,其特征是:第一连接器内有上、下两排端子容纳孔,端子容纳孔下方形成端子容纳槽,端子容纳槽内设有端子,端子容纳槽两侧设有一缺口;两弹片一端穿设连结于第一连接器端子容纳槽缺口,并使第一连接器形成架高状态。
2、如权利要求1所述的插卡连接器,其特征是:其中,第一连接器为一体成型结构。
3、如权利要求1所述的插卡连接器,其特征是:其中,第一连接器为塑料射出成型结构。
4、如权利要求1所述的插卡连接器,其特征是:其中,该插卡连接器,其还包括第二连接器、第三连接器及第四连接器,即连接器共为四组。
