化学需氧量反应器
本实用新型涉及污水处理设备，是一种用于污水处理中测试化学需氧量的化学需氧量反应器。
目前用于环保上污水处理的化学需氧量反应器，通常采用的结构是：在铝制壳上开孔，放置玻璃器皿，孔内温度不能测，电热板加热不均匀，所以它存在某些不足：不能接电气控制仪，使用寿命短，当溶液外溢时，电气部分经常损坏；不能保持恒温状态；溶液加热不均匀；温度测试不准确等。
本实用新型的目的是，提供一种化学需氧量反应器，它具有如下优点：使用寿命长、保持恒温效果好、加热均匀、测温准确等。
本实用新型为完成上述发明目的提供的技术方案是，它有外壳，外壳上开孔，孔内安装加热套，加热套内安装铜套，铜套上安装固定套，固定套内安装温度传感器。加热套由电热丝及电热丝外围包裹玻璃纤维构成。外壳内安装保温棉。
本实用新型具有如下优点：使用寿命长、保持恒温效果好、加热均匀、测温准确、能较好的接电气控制仪，并与其联合工作，达到较好的效果。

图中1是外壳，外壳1上开孔8，孔8内安装加热套3，加热套3内安装铜套7，铜套7上安装固定套5，固定套5内安装温度传感器4。传感器4上的测温探头直接接触内装液体的玻璃器皿。加热套3由电热丝及电热丝外围包裹玻璃纤维构成。外壳1内安装保温棉2。本实用新型的加热套3通过电线与外置电源相接。本实用新型的外壳1为长方体，其上可开设数个孔8，每个孔8内均安装加热套3、铜套7、温度传感器4，每个孔8的温度均能设定，并可采用数字直接显示，每个孔8的电源接通状况均采用指示灯显示。本实用新型外壳1通过线路可与电脑相接，通过电脑软件对本实用新型进行智能化控制。本实用新型使用时，在铜套7上放置玻璃器皿6，玻璃器皿6内盛有测试液体，对液体加温以达到测试化学需氧量的目的。

1、化学需氧量反应器，它有外壳(1)，其特征在于：外壳(1)上开孔(8)，孔内安装加热套(3)，加热套(3)内安装铜套(7)，铜套(7)上安装固定套(5)，固定套(5)内安装温度传感器(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的化学需氧量反应器，其特征在于：加热套(3)由电热丝及电热丝外围包裹玻璃纤维构成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的化学需氧量反应器，其特征在于：外壳(1)内安装保温棉(2)。
