本实用新型涉及一种利用太阳能的设备,尤其是集热储水一体的太阳能热水器。
目前的太阳能热水器大部分是由太阳能吸热板、储水箱、水管连接而成,结构复杂、造价高、太阳能热量利用率低、已收集的热量容易散失。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、造价低、太阳能热量利用率高、已收集的热量不易散失,集热储水一体的太阳能热水器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的双弧形集热储水一体太阳能热水器的进水封件和出水封件上分别有外凹槽和内凹槽,外双弧形玻璃套和内双弧形玻璃套或金属套的两端分别密封固定在进水封件和出水封件的外凹槽和内凹槽上,外双弧形玻璃套和内双弧形玻璃套或金属套之间为密封的真空层,进水封件上固定有进水管,出水封件上固定有出水管。
采用这样的结构后,外双弧形玻璃套与内双弧形玻璃套或金属套之间的密封真空层的保温作用,使已收集的热量不易散失;采用弧形玻璃集热,受热面积大,太阳能热量利用率高;结构简单,造价成本低。

如图1所示的双弧形集热储水一体太阳能热水器的进水封件5和出水封件7上分别有外凹槽9和内凹槽8,外双弧形玻璃套1和内双弧形玻璃套或金属套3的两端分别密封固定在进水封件5和出水封件7的外凹槽9和内凹槽8上,外双弧形玻璃套1和内双弧形玻璃套或金属套3之间为密封的真空层2,进水封件5上固定有进水管6,出水封件7上固定有出水管10。
使用时,将双弧形集热储水一体太阳能热水器放置在不会遮挡太阳光线的楼顶或空旷的地方,进水管6连接自来水管,用水管与出水管10连接到使用热水的地方,自来水注满储水箱4后,拧紧连接出水管10的水管上的水龙头,太阳光通过外双弧形玻璃套、真空层加热储水箱4内储存的水,拧开连接出水管10的水管上的水龙头即可使用热水。双弧形集热储水一体太阳能热水器可以多个串联一起使用。当阳光不足时,可以与其他种类的热水器连接使用。
