Abstract
一种自旋磁水器,是目前磁化水设备的改进产品,目的在于克服现有磁化水设备的缺点,其特征在于:在普通的铁氧体磁性材料里添加了微量的钕及硼原素,并在两个相反极性的磁钢中增加了磁轭,起到了增强磁力的作用。在连续相反方向的梯形内外导流环的做用下可以对水流形成湍流,增强水的磁化作用,该产品可广泛应用于工农业生产等领域来制取磁化水。

本实用新型涉及一种对水及极性液体进行磁化的装置。
人们对水的磁化研究已有很长的历史,目前最常见做有电磁及永磁两种,但它们均存在很多缺点,如电磁磁水装置不仅消耗电能、价格昂贵,而且存在安全隐患,实际应用效果也不明显,目前我国一般采用钕铁硼做磁水装置不仅价格昂贵、而且由于钕铁硼的矫顽力特性因素、不能做成连续相反磁性装置,
本实用新型的目的在于为广大用户提供一种廉价的,以改进的铁氧体为磁性材料的磁化装置,可以广泛适用于工农业生产,克服现有磁水装置的不足。
本实用新型是这样实现的,在环形铁氧体磁钢6中增加了1~6%的钕及硼原素,并与磁轭5形成一组磁性单体,再由连续相反磁性单体构成磁堆,由有足够磁密度的低碳钢加工的导磁外壳10及内导磁柱3组成磁力回路,并形成连续相反磁场。
在交错叠加的导流环7与9中可以组成梯形任意角度的通道。而且每二组通道是呈连续相反角度构成,所以在液体通过时可以在磁轭与外磁导体10及内磁导体3之间的区域内,形成强大的捏合力及湍流区,解决了磁化水需有连续湍流状态问题。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述,由于在普通铁氧体中添加了微量的钕及硼原素,增加了磁场强度,并因两个相邻磁单体的极性相反,使两个相邻磁钢的磁力线在磁轭中集结增强,并与内外磁导体形成磁力回路。液体经过相反通道的梯形导流环形成自旋连续相反水流并在磁钢的内外环的失磁区内形成强大的湍流。而且极性的水经相反磁场的振荡,使水分子的氢键受到影响。特别是本自旋磁水器不需电能,简化了设备结构,降低了造价。
Claims (1)
1、一种自旋磁水器,主要由磁钢(6)、磁轭(5)、外导流环(7)、内导流环(9)、外导磁体(10)、内导磁体(3)、分流板(4)、涂塑层(8)等组成,其特征在于:
1)在磁轭(5)与磁钢(6)的连接中利用了磁钢失磁区夹合了外导流环(7)及内导流环(9),
2)外导流环(7)与内导流环(9)是多个不导磁材料组成一定角度的梯形斜通道,
3)磁轭(5)是由低碳钢加工的内外直径略大于磁钢(6)的轭环,
4)磁钢(6)是添加了1~6%的钕及1~6%的硼原素的磁性材料。
