Abstract
一种新型结构的磁化装置，是目前磁水器的改进及换代产品，目地在于克服现有磁化装置的缺点。其特征在于：在导磁性材料管壁和导磁性材料连接轴之间存在内外两个连续相反导向的反磁性材料折流板，液体高速通过时，由于线速度影响形成强大的湍流区，又在两个同名磁极相对的磁钢之间增加了大于磁钢本身厚度及直径的集磁环，不仅使两个同名磁极方向的磁钢产生相吸引现象，并且在集磁环上集结了两个不相交磁力线的回路，使高速通过的极性液体分子产生高频极性交变振荡。该产品可以广泛应用于工农业生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用来对石油、水及其它液体磁化的装置。
背景技术
人们使用磁水器已有很长时间了，目前常见的有电磁和永磁两种，但它们均存在很多缺点。如电磁不仅耗能，而且一般体积庞大，价格昂贵；永磁的利用基本属顺磁场应用，虽然存在一定应用效果，但不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为广大用户提供一种充分发挥磁能的一种磁化装置。它适用于工农业生产应用，克服了目前磁水装置的不足。
本发明是这样实现的：在导磁性材料管壁与导磁材料连接轴之间安装了反磁性材料折流外板、反磁性材料折流内板，在折流内、外板之间安装了连续同名磁极环形磁钢、及集磁环。
本发明的优点是结构简单，设计合理，是对现有磁水器的改进，易于批量生产，能够使石油、水及其它液体迅速磁化。该产品广泛应用于工农业的生产及食品卫生方面。
下面结合附图，通过实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。

实施例
请参考附图1：在导磁性材料管壁1与导磁材料连接轴6之间安装了反磁性材料折流外板2、反磁性材料折流内板5，在折流内、外板之间安装了连续同名磁极环形磁钢4、及集磁环3。由于在两个同名磁极之间增加了大于磁钢厚度及直经的集磁环，使两个同名磁极产生相吸现象，而且由于集磁环3的直径大于磁钢4直径，使两个同名磁极的不相交磁力线均在集磁环3上集中并产生各自回路，使极性液体的分子通过时产生极性高频交变震荡。另外由于液体在通过连续相反角度的折流板2、5，或者是按一定角度形成的反磁性材料折流板2、5时，因线速度的原因在折流方向改变区内形成强大的湍流，并且湍流区位于集磁环3的两个相反方向强磁力线的影响下，改交了液体的各种理化指标。
Claims (4)
1、一种磁化装置，主要由导磁性材料管壁(1)、反磁性材料折流外板(2)、集磁环(3)、磁钢(4)、反磁性材料折流内板(5)、导磁性材料连接轴(6)组成，其特征在于：
1)在导磁性材料管壁(1)和导磁性材料连接轴(6)之间增加了反磁性材料折流外板(2)及反磁性材料折流内板(5)；
2)在该反磁性材料折流外、内板(2、5)之间安装了连续同名磁极环形磁钢(4)、及集磁环(3)。
2、按权利要求书1所述的一种磁化装置，其特征在于：该磁化装置里设有按一定角度形成的反磁性材料折流板(2、5)。
3、按权利要求书1所述的一种磁化装置，其特征在于：该磁化装置里设有按连续相反角度的反磁性材料折流板(2、5)。
4、按权利要求书1所述的一种磁化装置，其特征在于：所述的集磁环(3)的厚度及直径均大于磁钢(4)的厚度及直径，每组同名磁级相对，并连续相接。
