半紧套光纤光缆
本实用新型属于一种通信用光缆。
现有光缆其结构可分为松套光纤光缆和紧套光纤光缆,这两种光缆在某些使用场合下,僻如需将光缆接入小区、大楼或室内时都存在不足:松套光纤光缆由于其外径较大,抗弯性能较差,而且重量重,因而施工不便;紧套光纤光缆虽然外径较小,但其光纤余长也较小,抗拉伸能力弱,而且它的使用温度范围窄,一般只适于室内使用。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种外径相对较小,抗弯性能较好,抗拉伸能力较强,具有较大的使用温度范围的新的光缆。
本实用新型所提供的是一种半紧套光纤光缆,包括缆芯(6)和包在缆芯(6)外面的外护层(5),缆芯(6)中含有加强件(4)、光纤(1)及其套管(3),在每个光纤套管(3)中只有一根光纤(1),在套管(3)中充有纤膏(2)。
本实用新型由于每根光纤套管(3)中只有一根光纤(1)并充有纤膏(2),使光缆的外径相对较小,又可以保持一定的光纤余长,所以抗弯性能好,抗拉伸能力强,施工方便,光缆的使用温度范围也较大,适于需将光缆接入小区、大楼或者室内的使用场合。
图1、图2、图3分别给出了本实用新型的几种实施例的示意图。图1是单芯半紧套光纤光缆示意图;图2是双芯半紧套光纤光缆示意图;图3是多芯半紧套光纤光缆示意图。
在图1、图2、图3中,1为光纤,2为纤膏,3为半紧套管,4为加强件,5为外护层,6为缆芯。

1、一种半紧套光纤光缆,包括缆芯和包在缆芯外面的外护层,缆芯中含有加强件、光纤及其套管,其特征在于每个光纤套管中只有一根光纤,在套管中充有纤膏。
