Abstract

一种电力系统用的层绞式小缆芯ADSS光缆,包括缆芯和外护层,缆芯内具有中心加强芯及其表面敷设的阻水纱、4根含有光纤的套管、4根填充绳。这种光缆外径小、重量轻,架设在输电线塔杆上可减少高压输电线的电磁场对光缆的干扰,保证通信质量,也降低了光缆自重所产生的拉力,延长光缆使用寿命。

Description

层绞式小缆芯ADSS光缆
本实用新型属于一种电力系统用的通信光缆。
现有电力系统用的ADSS(全介质自承式)通信光缆。一般将其架设在高压输电线的塔杆上,以节省架设费用。但由于高压输电线周围具有较强的电磁场,对光缆产生干扰,影响通信质量。因此必须尽量减小光缆的外径,减少输电线的电磁场对光缆的干扰。另外由于输电线塔杆跨距大,应当尽量减少光缆的重量,降低其自重所产生的拉力,延长光缆使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种外径小、抗干扰、重量轻的新型的ADSS光缆,以满足电力系统对通信线路的要求。
本实用新型所提供的层绞式小缆芯ADSS光缆包括缆芯(6)和外护层(9),缆芯(6)内具有中心加强芯(5)、光纤(1)及其套管(3),缆芯(6)内设置4根环绕中心加强芯(5)呈方形排列且相互紧密接触的含有光纤(1)的套管(3),套管(3)之间的间隙的相应位置设置4根填充绳(10)。
本实用新型在中心加强芯(5)的外表可以敷设阻水纱(4),以取代填充油膏而同样达到防水防潮的目的。
本实用新型由于外径小、重量轻、架设在输电线塔杆上,可以减小高压输电线的电磁场对光缆的干扰,保证通信质量,同时也降低了光缆自重所产生的拉力,延长光缆使用寿命。
图1是本实用新型的横截面示意图。
图中1为光纤,2为光纤套管内的填充油膏,3为光纤套管,4为中心加强芯表面敷设的阻水纱,5为中心加强芯,6为缆芯,7为内护套,8为芳纶绕包层,9为外护层,10为填充绳。
实施本实用新型时,中心加强芯(5)选用FRP玻纤增强塑料,其表面敷设阻水纱(4),缆芯(6)内采用4根套管(3)和4根填充绳(10)进行绞合成缆芯(6),然后依次设置内护套(7)、芳纶绕包层(8)和外护层(9),就完成了本实用新型的制作。

1、一种层绞式小缆芯ADSS全介质自承式光缆,包括缆芯和外护层,缆芯内具有中心加强芯、光纤及其套管,其特征在于缆芯内设置4根环绕中心加强芯呈方形排列且相互紧密接触的含有光纤的套管,套管之间的间隙的相应位置设置4根填充绳。
