本实用新型涉及一种主要适用于滤清器的机油滤清器外壳,属于机械装配零件。该机油滤清器外壳主要由主体及端头构成,主体为圆柱形,端头为多角螺母型,主体与端头为一体结构。本实用新型结构简单,安装或拆卸方便,易于维修。

机油滤清器外壳
本实用新型涉及一种主要适用于滤清器的机油滤清器外壳，属于机械装配零件。
目前，在汽车或其它机械设备上使用的机油滤清器的外壳主要是用图1所示形状的外壳，其结构简单，仅在外壳外围加工出一圈多棱柱形表面，以用于安装时用。但带有这种机油滤清器外壳的机油滤清器安装时很不方便，必须用专用的工具安装或拆卸，因此给使用者维修或更换机油滤清器造成了很大的不便，若使用者无该种特殊工具将束手无策。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种机油滤清器外壳，其不仅结构简单，而且方便安装或拆卸。
本实用新型所设计的机油滤清器外壳，主要由主体及端头构成，主体为圆柱形，端头为多角螺母型，主体与端头为一体结构。
为方便安装，本实用新型所设计的机油滤清器外壳的主体表面及端头之间由过渡连接体连接，主体、端头及过滤连接体为一体结构。
本实用新型所设计的机油滤清器外壳的过滤连接体为锥体或弧面锥体。
本实用新型所设计的机油滤清器外壳的过滤连接体与水平面的夹角(α)为0°～60°范围内。
本实用新型所设计的机油滤清器外壳在装配时，与现有的机油滤清器外壳基本相同，所不同的是端头部内衬有与其端头相对应的螺母。而在与机械设备或车辆安装时，由于其端头为螺母形，因此用普通的扳手即可安装，比较方便。
本实用新型所设计的机油滤清器外壳的优点是：
1．结构简单，安装或拆卸方便，易于维修；
2．通用性强，方便用户。
本实用新型所设计的机油滤清器外壳主要用于车辆或其它机械设备的各种类型机油滤清器中。

下面根据附图结合具体实施例对本实用新型所设计的机油滤清器外壳的结构及实施方式作进一步说明。
实施例1
如图2所示的机油滤清器外壳，由主体1及端头2构成，端头2的形状为六角型的螺母状，主体1为圆柱体，端头2与主体1焊接固定在一起，形成一体结构，该种机油滤清器外壳与现有的机油滤清器外壳安装或装配结构相同，但由于其带有端头2，因此当所装配好的机油滤清器与车辆或机械设备固定安装时，仅通过普通扳手接触端头2加以转动即可将机油滤清器与车辆或机械设备装配固定，因此方便用户装配机油滤清器或拆卸维修。该种机油滤清器外壳较现有的机油滤清器外壳更具有通用性及实用性。
实施例2
如图3、4所示的机油滤清器外壳，与实施例1相似主要由主体1及端头2构成，所不同的是主体1与端头2之间通过过渡连接体3连接，过渡连接体3为锥形，其与水平面夹角α为40°。主体1、端头2及过渡连接体3为一次成型的整体结构。其具有与实施例1相同的优点，且由于带有锥形的过渡连接体3，更有利于扳手安装。为防止扳手操作时使端头2变形，在装配机油滤清器时，端头2内可装配一与之形状、尺寸相对应的螺母4，以使机油滤清器结构更为合理，更有利于装配。
实施例3
如图5所示的机油滤清器外壳，其结构与实施例2基本相似，由过渡连接体3将主体1与端头2连接，主体1与端头2及过渡连接体3为一次成型的一体结构，所不同的是端头2为四角形螺母状，过渡连接体3为弧面锥体，锥体与水平面的夹角α为20°，在主体1外部表面仍保持有一圈棱柱状表面5该种机油滤清器外壳具有实施例1及实施例2的优点，且由于主体1外部仍有棱柱状表面5，因此也能够通过专用工具进行装配，该种机油滤清器外壳既有利于厂家装配，又有利于用户维修。

1．一种机油滤清器外壳，其特征是：主要由主体及端头构成，主体为圆柱形，端头为多角螺母型，主体与端头为一体结构。
2．根据权利要求1所述的机油滤清器外壳，其特征还在于：主体表面及端头之间由过渡连接体连接，主体、端头及过滤连接体为一体结构。
3．根据权利要求2所述的机油滤清器外壳，其特征还在于：过滤连接体为锥体或弧面锥体。
4．根据权利要求3所述的机油滤清器外壳，其特征还在于：过滤连接体与水平面的夹角(α)为0°～60°范围内。
