Description
本实用新型属消防技术领域，是泡沫灭火系统用的胶囊，主要用于泡沫液的储存。
胶囊是泡沫灭火系统中储存泡沫液的容器，目前，国内外的泡沫灭火系统普遍采用有脖胶囊储存泡沫液，在使用过程中，该型胶囊经常在接脖处断裂，致使整个泡沫灭火系统完全失效。有脖胶囊见附图1：有脖胶囊(1)上有接脖(2)，在胶囊上下部均开有泡沫液口：胶囊上部口(Ⅱ)和胶囊下部口(Ⅲ)，胶囊上部口(Ⅱ)用来进、出泡沫液，胶囊下部口(Ⅲ)用来排渣，胶囊(1)通过上下部口与泡沫罐(2)相连，压力水经泡沫罐(2)上的压力水入口(Ⅰ)进入胶囊(1)与泡沫罐(2)之间的腔体，挤压胶囊(1)，使胶囊(1)向内收缩挤出泡沫液。该型胶囊主要存在下列问题：
1、压力水在挤出泡沫液的过程中，胶囊上部受到很大的作用力，往往引起胶囊上部接脖在挤压中被撕裂。
2、胶囊上下部位开口使胶囊结构复杂，制作困难，安装不便。
本实用新型的目的就是优化胶囊结构，使胶囊在受挤压过程中不易被撕裂。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：取消胶囊上部接脖，只在胶囊上部开一个圆孔，在胶囊内部放置一个胶囊固定板，胶囊将通过其内部胶囊固定板与泡沫罐法兰的相连，从而被牢牢地固定在泡沫罐上。
与有脖胶囊相比，该型胶囊有以下优点：
1、胶囊上因无容易撕裂的接脖，因而胶囊在被挤压的过程中不易出现撕裂现象。
2、结构简单，加工容易，成本低。
图2是无脖胶囊的详细结构图，它由胶囊(1)、胶囊固定板(2)、连接螺栓(3)组成。胶囊(1)的上部开有一圆孔——胶囊孔(Ⅱ)，孔四周均布一圈小孔，备连接螺栓(3)穿过之用。泡沫罐(Ⅳ)上焊接一个泡沫罐法兰(Ⅲ)。将胶囊固定板(2)经过胶囊孔(Ⅱ)放入胶囊(1)中。用连接螺栓(3)将胶囊固定板(2)、胶囊(1)和泡沫罐法兰(Ⅲ)连接在一起，这样，胶囊(1)就被紧紧地固定在泡沫罐(Ⅳ)上。为了装配方便，胶囊固定板(2)制造成两块对装在一起。工作时，压力水从压力水入口(Ⅰ)处进入泡沫罐(Ⅳ)与胶囊(1)形成的腔体中，挤压胶囊(1)令泡沫液从胶囊孔(Ⅱ)中排出，泡沫渣可从胶囊(1)底部的胶囊下部口(Ⅴ)排出。
Claims (2)
1、无脖胶囊，由胶囊(1)、胶囊固定板(2)、连接螺栓(3)组成，其主要特征在于胶囊(1)上部无接脖。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于胶囊固定板(2)由两个半块组成，它放置在胶囊(1)内部，通过连接螺栓(3)与泡沫罐法兰(Ⅲ)相连。
