双垫叉拆卸钻杆装置
本实用新型涉及一种双垫叉拆卸钻杆装置。
石油钻探中钻杆的拆卸一种是通过转盘、方钻杆、液压大钳或人力联合进行。作业时间长,不安全。另一种是通过顶部驱动,非钻井作业时间短,效率高,也较安全。但结构复杂,安装调整麻烦,拆卸不便,造价较高。申请号为99247078.1的小型钻机钻杆拆卸装置,该申请案中试图在结构上进行简化,降低成本,它由离合器,万向节等组成,离合器的中心管的上部与顶部驱动装置连接,通过离合器顺序连接上联体、万向节和下联体,下联体连接着钻杆;结构仍很复杂。
本实用新型的目的是为克服上述不足之处而设计一种由大垫叉、小垫叉、卸扣套组成的双垫叉拆卸钻杆装置。
本实用新型内容:一种双垫叉拆卸钻杆装置,其特征在于:该装置由大垫叉、小垫叉和卸扣套组成;大垫叉和小垫叉的叉槽与钻杆的卡槽相配,小垫叉的横截面外廓与卸扣套下部的矩形槽孔相配;卸扣套的壁上设有与动力头主轴上拨杆相配的拨槽。
本实用新型具有以下优点:
1.大垫叉和小垫叉的叉槽与钻杆卡槽的尺寸相对应,小垫叉的外形与卸扣套下部的矩形槽孔尺寸相对应;结构简单,容易制造。
2.拆卸钻杆时,先使卸扣套下部的矩形槽孔与待卸钻杆上部的卡槽相对应并插入小垫叉,在下一个钻杆下部卡槽里装上大垫叉,钻机的动力头带动卸扣套及钻杆反转,即可取下钻杆,十分方便。

下面结合附图及实施例进一步说明本实用新型。
(参看图1、图2),双垫叉拆卸钻杆装置由大垫叉4、小垫叉2和卸扣套1组成,大垫叉和小垫叉的叉槽与钻杆卡槽的槽底间的尺寸相当,要求能方便地插入。小垫叉的叉槽部位横截面的外廓与卸扣套的下部的矩形槽孔7相配其尺寸要求易于插入、间隙适宜(图3):卸扣套的壁上设有与动力头主轴上拨杆相配的拨槽8。使用时,先把大垫叉装于待卸钻杆3的下面卡槽中,并由挡板6限位,以防止钻杆掉进井筒里。当卸扣套由动力头带动下降至大垫叉上面时,把待卸钻杆3上边的卡槽与卸扣套下部的矩形槽孔对齐,并装入小垫叉,再取下大垫叉。接着提升钻杆至一定高度后,把大垫叉装于下一钻杆5的下边的卡槽里,并卡在挡板6上;动力头带动卸扣套反转,钻杆3也反转,钻杆3与钻杆5间的螺纹连接就被脱开,待卸钻杆即被卸下。

1.一种双垫叉拆卸钻杆装置,其特征在于:该装置由大垫叉、小垫叉和卸扣套组成;大垫叉和小垫叉的叉槽与钻杆的卡槽相配,小垫叉的横截面外廓与卸扣套下部的矩形槽孔相配;卸扣套的壁上设有与动力头主轴上拨杆相配的拨槽。
