Abstract

新型片梭，属于纺织机械技术领域。该片梭由梭壳和纱夹构成，其特征在于梭壳的棱角为圆弧角，梭壳内腔壁上设有纵向沟槽，梭壳头部采取在梭壳体上加堆焊结构。本实用新型结构合理，梭壳体上的圆弧棱角，运行过程中阻力小，梭壳头部以梭壳本体加堆焊结构，可有效防止断裂，延长片梭的使用寿命。

新型片梭
本实用新型涉及织梭的结构，属于纺织机械技术领域。
现有的片梭由梭壳和纱夹构成，纱夹设置在梭壳内腔中。梭壳的棱角为45°倒角，梭壳的头部为整体焊接连接，为了减轻片梭重量，减少纱夹与梭亮的磨擦，在梭壳内腔壁上设置横向凹槽。这种片梭外部棱角在运行时与导梭齿成面接触，阻力大，易污染织物，梭壳内腔壁上横向凹槽，加工难度大，影响梭壳的纵向强度，梭壳由壳体和梭头两部分焊接连接起来的，易断裂，影响片梭的使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种运行阻力小，使用寿命长的新型片梭。
本实用新型的目的是通过对现有片梭的改进实现的，新型片梭包括梭壳、纱夹，其特征在于片梭的梭壳内腔壁上设有纵向沟槽，梭壳四棱设有圆弧棱角，梭壳的头部为壳体加堆焊结构。
本实用新型结构合理、简单，生产制造容易。梭壳的圆弧棱角，可减小片梭运行阻力，不损伤织物，梭壳内腔壁上设置纵向沟槽，既降低加工难度，又减少纱夹与梭壳的磨擦，梭壳头由壳体加堆焊构成，强度高，经久耐用，延长片梭的使用寿命。

下面结合附图叙述本实用新型的实施案例。
在梭壳内腔壁上纵向设置四道沟槽。将梭壳棱的45°倒角磨削成圆弧棱角。梭壳一端，切削去一部分，在另一部分梭壳体上加堆焊后磨削，形成梭壳头。
