Abstract

本实用新型涉及的是一种太阳伞伞体的支撑底座，其底盘上设有旋转可调机构，该旋转可调机构主要有轴承支承的牙盘中轴，牙盘中轴一侧设有与牙盘凸牙间隙啮合或脱离的锁块，锁块通过翅杆实现牙盘旋转或固定的状态调整。本技术结构合理、动作灵活、可靠、外形大方、美观，可充分满足不同层次消费人群的消费心理需求。

Description

多功能可调式太阳伞底座
本实用新型涉及的是一种用于平稳支撑各种遮阳伞伞体的底座。
现有的各种太阳伞组成结构基本有伞体的支撑杆和稳定该支撑杆使用状态的底座，其支撑杆固定插接在底座上无法转动。为了解决这一问题，技术人员们设计了多种使支撑杆能旋转可调的伞体底座，其结构多样，但这些技术方案很难周全顾及产品各项使用性能，如组成部件之间的稳固联接、弹性部件的疲劳负荷等，尤其是没能根据产品使用特点来设计更符合人消费心理的产品。因此，现有的本技术领域的此类产品各有千秋，也有各自的不甚理想之处。
本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种使伞体支撑杆固定、旋转状态可转换的、工作可靠的可调式太阳伞底座，从而达到自由调整伞体位置，并将其固定在最理想位置的多功能可调式太阳伞底座。
本专利技术为实现上述发明目的而设计的多功能可调式太阳伞底座，其主体部件为用于稳定伞体支撑杆的底盘，本技术方案的主要技术特点是底盘上设有旋转可调机构，该旋转可调机构包括有旋转轴承支承在底盘上的、固定支撑支撑杆的牙盘中轴，牙盘中轴一侧设有具有上下可调行程范围的、与牙盘凸牙间隙啮合或脱离的锁块，锁块一端铰接在翅杆上，翅杆的支点固定在该底座上。
在上述技术方案中，锁块的控制来源于脚下的动力，其一种实现结构是所述的翅杆另一端为脚踏板，通过压动或抬起脚踏板控制锁块上下行程，实现其与牙盘的凸牙间隙啮合或脱离状态的改变；其另一种实现结构是：具有一定旋转角度的偏心轴作为翅杆的动支点，该偏心轴上设有两侧翼状的脚踏板。
本实用新型专利所公开的多功能可调式太阳伞底座，其控制支撑杆旋转或固定旋转位置是由牙盘和与牙盘配合的锁块及通过杠杆原理调整锁块上下行程的翅杆来实现的，其动作可靠性高，其外形美观、庄重，更符合人们使用该产品的心理；其操作也非常方便，压动翅杆即可实现伞体支撑杆旋转或固定调整，而无需搬动较沉重的底座本身，动作灵活、使用寿命长。
下面根据以下所提供的各附图之实施结构详细说明本实用新型的技术内容。

本实用新型专利的多功能可调式太阳伞底座，如图所示，该底座的底盘1上设有支撑伞体支撑杆40旋转的旋转机构，该旋转机构的结构组成包括有：承负伞体支撑杆40转动的可旋转牙盘中轴6，该牙盘中轴6的旋转支撑是由牙盘根部的上下两侧的滚珠实现的，当然也可以采取其它类似的旋转支撑机构，其下侧滚珠3落于底盘1的转动座上。牙盘的一侧设有与牙盘配合的、实现与牙盘啮合或脱离的锁块5，该锁块5上端与翅杆9铰接，下端可滑动落于转动座1内。如图1和图2所示实施例，翅杆9的另一端为脚踏板4，翅杆9的支点落于底盘上。为实现该翅板9能够自动回落，在其支点处设有一扭簧7，或采取在支点内侧/外侧设有一拉簧/压簧来实现自动回落的功能。为了在撤掉脚踏板4的压力，底座仍能保持施压时的工作状态，即具有工作状态保持功能，本实用新型的另一种实施结构如图3所示，其翅杆9的支点可以为动支点，它是由具有一定旋转角度范围的偏心轴或者凸轮10设置在固定于底盘的座体14中，偏心轴或凸轮杆上设置具有两侧翼状的脚踏板4，翅杆9的另一端设有通过扭簧9联接在座体14上。当该支点为偏心轴控制时，该偏心轴的内凹偏心侧对称设有沿伸其操作面的两顶柱8，无论是压动哪一侧脚踏板4时，偏心轴旋转并将顶柱8托起，翅杆9被该向上移动的支点顶起，从而抬起锁块5，使锁块5脱离牙盘的凸牙间隙，这时中轴就可带动伞体支撑杆40作自由转动，若此时保持脚踏板状态不动，顶柱8则抬终上顶翅杆9，使锁块5保持脱离状态，就可方便地远离底座调整伞体或做其它工作。当再一次施压使两脚踏板4恢复水平状态时，顶柱以及翅杆均回落原位，则锁块5也随翅杆9下落、进入牙盘的齿间隙中，锁住牙盘中轴6，使其无法转动，就可固定遮阳伞体的伞体位置。若翅杆动支点为凸轮等类似结构时，其动作方式与上相同。

Claims (5)

1、一种多功能可调式太阳伞底座，其主体部件包括用于稳定伞体支撑杆的底盘，其特征在于底盘(1)上设有旋转可调机构，该机构包括有旋转轴承支承在底盘(1)上的、固定支撑支撑杆(40)的牙盘中轴(6)，牙盘中轴(6)一侧设有具有上下可调行程范围的、与牙盘凸牙间隙啮合或脱离的锁块(5)，锁块(5)一端铰接在翅杆(9)上，翅杆(9)的支点固定在该底座上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的太阳伞底座，其特征在于翅杆(9)另一端为脚踏板(4)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的太阳伞底座，其特征在于具有一定旋转角度的偏心轴(10)作为翅杆的动支点，该偏心轴(10)上设有两侧翼状的脚踏板(4)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的太阳伞底座，其特征在于偏心轴的内陷偏心侧上对称设有的两顶柱(8)作为翅杆(9)的动支点。
5、根据权利要求3或4所述的太阳伞底座，其特征在于翅杆(9)的另一端通过一扭簧(7)固定在座体(14)上。
