Abstract

本实用新型是洗衣机，特别是洗衣机的洗涤桶底结构。
现有的洗衣机，由于存在波轮与洗涤桶内壁之间的波轮间隙，洗涤时硬币等杂物极有可能顺此间隙掉入波轮下面，硬币等杂物留在桶内，若不及时将其取出，有可能发生机械损伤或带来其它损害。因此，如何防止硬币等杂物掉入波轮下面，是洗衣机制造企业急需解决的问题。
本实用新型是实现防止硬币等杂物掉入波轮下面的目的。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：它包括洗涤桶、波轮，其特征在于：在靠近波轮外边缘的洗涤桶桶底边缘处以及波轮外边缘下部的洗涤桶底面边缘处均设有一圈环形凸起。
所述的环形凸起的高度1.2～2.5mm范围内。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点和积极效果：1、由于洗涤桶内设有环形凸起，硬币等杂物会被环形凸起阻挡，因而可以有效地防止硬币等杂物掉入波轮下面，从而避免了可能发生的机械损伤，提高了可靠性。2、在开制模具时，只需在现有的洗涤桶底部加上一圈环形凸起带就可实现本实用新型的技术方案，只需很少的费用的投入。
以下结合附图对本实用新型进行详细地描述。
图1是本实用新型的剖面图；
图2是图1中的A部放大图。

参见图1和图2，为了防止硬币等杂物掉入波轮下面，在靠近波轮2外边缘的洗涤桶1桶底边缘处以及波轮2外边缘下部的洗涤桶1底面边缘处均设有一圈环形凸起3，上述环形凸起3的高度为2mm。当在洗涤过程中从衣服中掉出硬币时，硬币会被上述两处环形凸起3所阻挡，不会掉入波轮2下面，从而实现了本实用新型的目的。
本实用新型的技术方案可以应用在现有的双桶洗衣机上或者应用在全自动洗衣机上，只需在开模具时加上一圈环形凸起带就可实现。

1、一种洗衣机，它包括洗涤桶(1)、波轮(2)，其特征在于：在靠近波轮(2)外边缘的洗涤桶(1)桶底边缘处以及波轮(2)外边缘下部的洗涤桶(1)底面边缘处均设有一圈环形凸起(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机，其特征在于：所述的环形凸起(3)的高度1.2～2.5mm范围内。
