本实用新型属于通讯领域。
目前常用的网络线插头和电话线插头都是普通网线插头,该种插头的内部小圆孔为盲孔,即插头的顶端是封闭的,这种插头在实际使用中有许多不方便之处:压线时多根网线必须齐头并列同时插进插头盲孔内才可压线,技术难度较大,网线越多难度越大;如果将网线的外包层剥去太长,则外包层不易被插头压线阀压住,如果外包层剥去太短,则插线难度大大增加;压线后需要用专门的测试仪器检测,较费时间,用普通插头压线废品率高,一般大于30%。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种穿透式网线插头,提高压线效率。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,在普通插头的基础上,将其盲孔改为通孔,即在顶端封闭面上开有穿透式的通孔,使每根网线依次穿过一个通孔,压线就变得很容易,且能确保准确,也无需专门仪器检测。

下面结合附图和实施例来详细描述本实用新型的具体结构。
本实用新型是在原普通插头基础上进行改进,把插头内部的小圆孔由原来的盲孔改为通孔,通孔的数量与网线数一致。附图公开的插头是用于由8根网线组成的网线,在其顶端开有8个小通孔,压线时,每根网线依次穿过一个小孔,从插头前端穿出,自由调整网线后,用插头压线阀压住网线外包层,截去露出的多余部分网线即可。
采用上述结构的插头,压线技术难度大大降低,效率提高,成品率高,网线的外包层也容易被插头压线阀压住,无需专门仪器测试,节省时间和经费。
