本实用新型公开了一种带轴型串列推力圆柱滚子轴承,其由单级推力圆柱滚子轴承、外隔圈(031—033)、内隔圈(041—044)及轴(059)组成,单级推力圆柱滚子轴承为若干个,其通过设置在每个单级推力圆柱滚子轴承间的内、外隔圈串联联结在轴上,并用弹簧卡圈(089)锁紧,形成带轴型串列推力圆柱滚子轴承单元总成。本实用新型为不可拆卸的单元总成,使用非常方便,既减轻了劳动强度,又保证了轴承装配精度及承载性能,提高了使用寿命。

Description

带轴型串列推力圆柱滚子轴承
本实用新型涉及的是轴承技术领域,主要涉及是一种带轴型串列推力圆柱滚子轴承。
分离结构的串列推力圆柱滚子轴承是国外近十几年在单列推力圆柱滚子轴承的基础上发展起来的新型专用轴承,由于这种轴承具有径向截面小、结构紧凑、轴向载荷能力大和使用寿命长等特点,因而广泛用于塑料、橡胶、精细化工和食品等工业用的平行双螺杆挤出机。这种轴承(如图3所示)采用几个形状和尺寸不同的弹性隔圈(031-033、041-044)将几个变形结构的单列推力圆柱滚子轴承的轴圈(021-024)、座圈(011-014)和滚子保持架组件(46)联结,在推力载荷的作用下,控制弹性隔圈的弹性变形和轴、座圈与滚子的接触变形,使每列轴承的载荷均匀,从而使整套轴承的使用寿命提高。但由于其为分离结构,因而致使该轴承结构复杂、零件繁多、各零件间不能互换,操作者在安装、使用和维修过程中非常不便,不但劳动强度大、且容易出现差错,有时易将零件损坏,有时会装错零件位置,使轴承精度和轴承与轴之间的配合精度无法得到保证。
本实用新型的目的即由此产生,提出一种带轴型串列推力圆柱滚子轴承,该轴承既含有原分离结构串列推力圆柱滚子轴承的所有功能,又使轴承的安装拆卸和维修简便化,减轻了劳动强度,保证了轴与轴承之间的配合精度。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:其主要由单级推力圆柱滚子轴承、外隔圈、内隔圈及轴组成,单级推力圆柱滚子轴承为若干个,其通过设置在每个单级推力圆柱滚子轴承间的外隔圈和内隔圈串联联结在轴上,用弹簧卡圈锁紧,形成带轴型串列推力圆柱滚子轴承单元总成。
本实用新型结构设计紧凑,径向截面小、轴向载荷能力大。由于轴承与轴为不可分离的总成,因而使用十分方便,总体安装、总体拆卸,使串列推力圆柱滚子轴承的安装、拆卸及维修简便化,既减轻了劳动强度,又保证了工作过程中轴承运转的可靠性和承载性能,由此进一步提高了轴承的使用寿命。

如图1-2所示:本实施例主要由单级推力圆柱滚子轴承、外隔圈031-033、内隔圈041-044及轴059组成,单级推力圆柱滚子轴承为若干个(可为二、三、四、五等),其通过设置于每个单级推力圆柱滚子轴承之间的内隔圈041-044、外隔圈031-033将该若干个单级推力圆柱滚子轴承串联联结在轴059上,形成不可拆卸的带轴型串列推力圆柱滚子轴承单元总成。所述的单级推力圆柱滚子轴承由轴圈021、座圈011及滚动体保持架组件46组成。其具体联结方式如下:各轴圈021-024和座圈011-014滚道之间装有滚动体-保持架组件46;外隔圈031-033配置于各座圈011-014滚道和端面之间,而各轴圈021-024滚道和端面之间则装有内隔圈041-044;各轴圈021-024和内隔圈041-044圆孔中装有轴059,轴的右侧和内隔圈044之间用弹簧卡圈089锁紧,轴的端部设有键槽,可直接与挤出机的螺杆轴相对接,用以承受强大的推力负荷。轴有两种结构,一种为不带润滑油孔的轴(如图1所示),使用时轴承总成浸在稀油里,循环油流通过轴承各部零件间的空隙使滚子与轴、座圈得到充分的润滑;另一种为带有注油孔的轴(如图2所示),使用时油流通过轴上的注油孔进入轴承,使轴承各零件得到润滑。

1、一种带轴型串列推力圆柱滚子轴承,包括若干个单级推力圆柱滚子轴承、外隔圈(031-033)、内隔圈(041-044),其特征在于:它还包括有轴(059),所述的若干个单级推力圆柱滚子轴承是通过设置在每个单级推力圆柱滚子轴承间的外隔圈(031-033)和内隔圈(041-044)串联联结在轴(059)上的,并用弹簧卡圈(089)锁紧,组成带轴型串列推力圆柱滚子轴承单元总成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带轴型串列推力圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述的轴(059)端部设有键槽。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的带轴型串列推力圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述的轴(059)上设有注油孔。
