Abstract

一种减振器封口结构,解决了现有的减振器封口结构存在的油封与衬套同轴性差,从而造成油封承受附加侧向力,加快磨损;储油缸上盖与储油缸筒螺纹连接,密封困难的问题。本实用新型将衬套、油封安装在导向套内侧,导向套与压套之间安装O型密封圈;导向套、油封的端面与缸体之间放入垫圈,通过压套端面与导向套压紧O型密封圈;在缸体的端部压紧上端盖,其同轴性好,密封可靠。

减振器封口结构
本实用新型为一种减振器封口结构。
现有的减振器封口结构,包括衬套、导向套、油封、O型密封圈、储油缸上盖、储油缸筒配合连接构成,由于衬套装于导向套内,而油封装于储油缸上盖内,因而油封很难与衬套同轴,从而造成油封承受附加侧向力,加快磨损。另外,储油缸上盖与储油缸筒螺纹连接,密封困难。
本实用新型的目的在于,解决现有所存在的问题,提供一种结构合理、密封性好的减振器封口结构。
本实用新型是这样实现的:将衬套、油封安装在导向套内侧,导向套与压套之间安装O型密封圈;导向套、油封的端面与缸体之间放入垫圈,通过压套端面与导向套压紧O型密封圈;在缸体的端部压紧上端盖。
本实用新型的优点在于,将衬套、油封安装在导向套内侧,同轴性易保证,可减少磨损,提高使用寿命。在导向套与压套之间安装O型密封圈,导向套、油封的端面与缸体之间放入垫圈压紧,密封可靠,效果好。
