Abstract

一种车辆测试设备的测试滚筒,在滚筒外表面上具有贯通于整个滚筒的螺旋槽,该螺旋槽可为单头或多头,左旋或右旋。也可为单头和多头带一定角度,旋向相反的螺旋槽。本实用新型可在进行检测时,使轮胎和滚筒间摩擦力加大,使二者间不打滑,从而增加检测数据的精确性,并在高速运转时,增加稳定性和安全性。装有本实用新型滚筒的车辆测试设备,如底盘测功机、车速试验台,适用于汽车修理、制造检测行业中对汽车和其它轮式机械进行整车动力和速度特性测试。

Description

车辆测试设备的测试滚筒
本实用新型涉及一种用于车辆车辆测试设备上的测试滚筒。
目前,在汽车进行调试、诊断时通常要用汽车车辆测试设备来检验汽车底盘的输出功率、车速及其相关参数。车辆测试设备包括:底盘测功机、车速试验台等,滚筒是车辆测试设备上的重要部件,用滚筒来代替路面,如图2所示的汽车车辆测试设备上安装有四根滚筒。汽车驶上试验台,支承于两个滚筒之上进行的检测时,要求滚筒和车轮不打滑才能得到准确的数据和测试结果,这就要求轮胎和滚筒具有高的附着系数。现有的汽车车辆测试设备上的滚筒为光滑表面,为了提高附着系数,现在已有采用在滚筒表面涂有复合粘结剂的特殊工艺处理方式,但是由于滚筒平的表面,使之与轮胎间磨擦力小,容易打滑,从而影响测试数据的准确性。对于前轮驱动的车辆,在高速转动时,滚筒易左右摇摆,从而使试验的安全性差。
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种车辆测试设备的测试滚筒,使其在进行检测时,轮胎和滚筒具有高的附着系数,滚筒和车轮不打滑,能得到精确可信的检测结果;并且在高速时运转稳定,确保测功机在操作使用中的安全性。
本实用新型的目的是采用下述技术方案来实现的:一种车辆测试设备的测试滚筒,该滚筒为圆柱滚筒,在该滚筒的外表面上具有贯通于整个滚筒的螺旋槽。
滚筒上的螺旋槽可以是单头螺旋槽或多头螺旋槽,也可以是单头和多头带一定角度,旋向相反的螺旋槽。
由于采用上述技术方案,在本实用新型车辆测试设备的测试滚筒表面上,具有贯通的螺旋槽,无论该螺旋槽的旋向、头数以及牙型如何,当进行检测时,均可使车辆的车轮轮胎与滚筒间的接触面积加大,摩擦力增加,从而避免轮胎与滚筒间的打滑,增加二者间的附着系数,车轮在这样的滚筒上滚动时接近在地面滚动的情况,从而使检测结果精确可信,同时也可保证车辆在滚筒表面高速运转时方向稳定,与现有的车辆测试设备上的滚筒相比,本实用新型更增加了测试的安全性。

图1所示为本实用新型测试滚筒的一个实施例,该测试滚筒为圆柱体滚筒,在滚筒的外表面上具有贯通于整个滚筒的螺旋槽,螺旋槽可为单头或多头,左旋或右旋。本实旋例中该螺旋槽为图1所示的正向十头,反向单头旋向相反的螺旋槽,螺纹的锥度采用莫氏锥度。该螺旋槽在轴向贯通于整个筒体,图1中给出了完整的一组螺旋槽。
装有本实用新型滚筒的车辆测试设备适用于汽车和其它轮式机械,进行整车动力特性测试,可用于汽车修理,制造和检测行业。

1、一种车辆测试设备的测试滚筒,为圆柱滚筒,其特征在于:在所述的滚筒外表面上,具有贯通于整个滚筒的螺旋槽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的车辆测试设备的测试滚筒,其特征在于:所述的滚筒上的螺旋槽为单头螺旋槽。
3、根据权利要求1所述的车辆测试设备的测试滚筒,其特征在于:所述的滚筒上的螺旋槽为多头螺旋槽。
4、根据权利要求1所述的车辆测试设备的测试滚筒,其特征在于:所述的滚筒上的螺旋槽为单头和多头带一定角度,旋向相反的螺旋槽。
