Abstract

一种有护罩的压路机振动轮,在小钢轮内,有一个护罩套在偏心轴和调幅块外,护罩两端通过轴承固定在偏心轴上,用油封密封,护罩与小钢轮之间用固定销固定。润滑油存贮在护罩与小钢轮之间的间隙内。护罩与小钢轮之间,处相对静止状态,护罩不随偏心轴转动,不会摩擦润滑油使其升温。护罩内无油,偏心轴与调幅块在空气中旋转,不会发热。润滑油可以提高到轴承的最佳润滑油位,对振动轴承有理想的润滑散热效果。

Description

有护罩的压路机振动轮
本实用新型涉及一种压路机械用的振动轮，属于一种在小钢轮内有护罩装置的压路机振动轮。
压路机振动轮是压路机的工作机构，振动轮中的振动轴承，承受极大的交变载荷，并以很高的速度旋转，大吨位压路机的振动轴承，因工作温度过高，常发生轴承烧死现象。近年来，已有在振动轮中加润滑油冷却的技术方案问世，但润滑油油位的确定是一个难题。润滑油过少，轴承润滑不充分，同时热量不能有效被油带走；润滑油过多，将会引起偏心轴和调幅块打油，使油温上升，影响对振动轴承的散热，并且润滑油容易变质。
本实用新型的目的，是要提供一种对偏心轴、调幅块，与润滑油之间起隔离作用，有护罩的压路机振动轮。
下面结合附图及实施例介绍本实用新型的技术方案。
图1为实用新型结构示意图。
参照附图，在压路机振动轮1的小钢轮6内，有一个护罩8套在偏心轴7和调幅块5外，护罩8两端通过轴承4固定在偏心轴7上，用油封9密封，护罩8两端与小钢轮6之间用固定销3固定。护罩两端与振动轴承2之间，护罩外周与小钢轮之间，留有足够间隙存贮润滑油。
本实用新型的护罩与小钢轮之间，处于相对静止状态，护罩不随偏心轴转动，不会磨擦润滑油使其升温。护罩内无油，偏心轴与调幅块在空气中旋转，不会发热。润滑油可以提高到轴承的最佳润滑油位，对振动轴承有理想的润滑散热效果。

1、一种有护罩的压路机振动轮，由振动轮、小钢轮、振动轴承、偏心轴与调幅块等组成，其特征是：在小钢轮(6)内，有一个护罩(8)套在偏心轴(7)和调幅块(5)外，护罩(8)两端通过轴承(4)固定在偏心轴(7)上，密封着油封(9)，护罩(8)两端与小钢轮(6)之间用固定销(3)固定。
