Description

温度电流双功能保护器
本实用新型涉及电器的保护装置,特别是涉及一种适用于电动机、镇流器、电热器件等家用电器因非常工作状态而产生的过热、过流进行有效保护的温度电流双功能保护器。
现有的电器的保护器一般为温度保护器,如名称为“碟型双金属片式温度保护器”,专利号为ZL91213997的实用新型专利,采用双金属浮动结构,仅对温度敏感,对电流不能起保护作用,且双金属片产生振动发出噪音影响产品寿命;并且,此类保护器其外壳在真空浸漆(用于绝缘)时,易造成漆液渗入保护器内腔而造成动、静触点粘接或短路;另外,与保护器连接的导线不能变换。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种在过热、过流时均能使电器得到保护,且能有效防止浸漆时漆液渗入内腔,能适用于不同导线的温度电流双功能保护器。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:温度电流双功能保护器具有外壳,外壳固定在底板上,底板上固定有静触点,外壳内壁固定双金属片的一端,双金属片的另一端设置有与静触点对应的动触点,底板上设置有绝缘纸,还具有输出端子与外壳联接。
由前述,双金属片的一端由固定铁钉固定在外壳内壁上,绝缘纸为自密封绝缘纸,输出端子铆接在外壳边缘。
本实用新型将设定好温度的双金属片串联在回路中。温度升高时,温度通过外壳传递到双金属片上,当温度达到双金属片设定的动作温度时,动触点与静触点分离,切断电路;当电流通过外壳至双金属片(外壳亦导电)增大时,双金属片自身产生热量,当温度达到双金属片设定动作值时,动触点与静触点迅速分离,切断电路。而反之当温度或电流下降至复位温度或电流时,电路则闭合。外壳密封用自密封绝缘纸,此种纸在温度较高时能自身产生胶液,使结合面更加密封紧密,在真空浸漆时不会使漆液渗入保护器内腔。

以下结合附图说明实施例:温度电流双功能保护器具有外壳1,外壳1固定在底板6上,底板6上固定有静触点4,外壳1内壁用固定铁钉5固定双金属片3的一端,双金属片3的另一端设置有与静触点4对应的动触点2,底板6上设置有用于密封保护器内腔的自密封绝缘纸7,外壳1的边缘铆接有可与各种导线联接的输出端子8。

1、温度电流双功能保护器,具有外壳,外壳固定在底板上,其特征在于:底板上固定有静触点,外壳内壁固定双金属片的一端,双金属片的另一端设置有与静触点对应的动触点,底板上设置有绝缘纸,还具有输出端子与外壳联接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的温度电流双功能保护器,其特征在于:双金属片的一端由固定铁钉固定在外壳内壁上,绝缘纸为自密封绝缘纸,输出端子铆接在外壳边缘。
