本实用新型提供了一种不需车牙的组合式烤瓷牙,其结构为:舌侧是半边哑铃型微孔钢板支架,支架中心开有螺孔,颊侧是金属烤瓷桥体及粘接桥体上的烤瓷面,用螺钉收紧舌颊两件固位。本实用新型的最大优点是保护牙齿,镶牙时不需车磨牙,保留了健康基牙的牙釉质,同时具备烤瓷牙的美观逼真,既安全又稳固,既舒适又容易清洁和折卸。

Description

组合式烤瓷牙
本实用新型涉及一种假牙,尤其是一种修复牙齿缺失、不需磨除基牙大量牙釉质的组合式烧瓷牙。
目前国内外在修复牙齿缺失时,医师首先给患者介绍镶烤瓷牙,因为烤瓷牙非常美观,收费高,利润大,经济效益好,所以牙科医师事前都不说明镶烤瓷牙要把基牙的牙釉质车掉,用烤瓷牙的优点去掩盖它的缺点。青年人要修复一颗缺失的切牙或者一颗第一磨牙,都要严重磨损两个年青健康的基牙,即把人体中最坚硬的组织--牙釉质全部车掉,这就是镶烤瓷牙的最大不足。备牙是手工操作,不是所有的医师每次都能作到严格按照标准备牙,总有不少倒霉的,提前形成继发龋。粘接烤瓷牙用的粘结剂是聚羧酸水门汀或玻璃离子体之类刺激性比较少的、粘接强度差的粘接剂,金属和牙本质两者的膨胀系数不一样,微漏是不可避免的,牙齿的天然保护层牙釉质被磨掉之后很容易龋坏,目前的牙本质粘接剂无法替代牙釉质,这些晚发的并发症一旦发生,会给患者带来再磨再镶,最终全口义齿的后果。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种即安全又稳固,即舒适又容易清洁和折卸,保护牙齿不需车磨牙的组合式烤瓷牙。
本实用新型采用的结构为:舌侧是半边哑铃型微孔钢板支架(1),支架中心开有螺孔(2),颊侧是金属烤瓷桥体(3)及粘接桥体上的烤瓷面(4),用螺钉(5)收紧舌颊两件固位。
本实用新型的最大优点是保护牙齿,镶牙时不需车磨牙,保留了健康基牙的牙釉质,同时具备烤瓷牙的美观逼真,即安全又稳固,即舒适又容易清洁和折卸。

本实用新型由3部分组成:舌侧是高强度钢精密铸造的半边哑铃型微孔钢板支架(1),在支架中心位置开有螺丝孔(2)。颊侧是金属烤瓷桥体(3),磨牙烤瓷桥体好像张着嘴的豹子头,很准确的嵌住舌侧半边哑铃状钢板,烤瓷面(4)粘接在桥体上。高强度不锈钢沉头固位螺钉(5),收紧半边哑铃型钢板和烤瓷桥体,利用倒凹支抗、固位于基牙,辅以高强度粘接剂粘固。
无论在支架金属上和桥体金属上都有许多微孔,大大提高烤瓷和粘接剂对金属的固位力,微孔是用激光打孔完成,也可以把真丝丝网贴在膜型和腊型之间,带网铸造出网孔。螺钉是便于收紧又便于折除的固位结构,以曲线倒凹机械固位力为主以粘接力为辅的卫生桥组合装置。本实用新型与粘接桥在外形和原理上有很大区别,粘接桥以粘接力固位为主,组合式烤瓷牙是以机械力卡抱固位为主。以上三件均由专业烤瓷厂精密铸造完成,再移交给临床牙科医师。
临床修复义齿方法:
1、牙科医师拿到上述三件结构件之后,就要在口腔进行试戴,让结构件在缺牙区就位,检查要点是:三件都能顺利就位又无松动,达到试用正常颌力咬橡皮也不松动。桥体不能向下脱位也不能向上脱位且与对颌牙无早接触,结合部无台阶形成,斜边光滑过度,不刺激牙龈,离龈1毫米以上,对牙医的要求降低,省去繁琐的备牙工序,但对烤瓷厂的要求更严,要有专业的高精度铸造技术和精密机加工技术。
2、对基牙的固位面(粘接面)进行清洁并酸蚀60秒后冲水60秒。
3、在微湿基牙粘合面上涂亲水性含氟光固化粘接剂或防龋涂料两次,并吹干吹匀,吹去多余的粘结剂以免影响结构件就位。
4、对已涂粘接剂的牙面用超强光照射5秒,光功率必须达到1000mW以上。
5、分别在粘合面的牙面及金属面上涂上韧性稍好的双固化粘接剂,按图进行就位并用螺丝钉拧紧固定并检查对应颌关系。
6、搽去多余粘接剂,牙颈部卫生区小缝中的粘接剂可用气枪吹去,对可凝有缺胶的粘合面可从微孔中渗入低粘度的粘接剂,在拧沉头螺钉的螺孔内涂上光固化材料,遮盖螺钉的金属颜色。
7、用超强可见光固化机对基牙进行多方位移动性照光20秒两次,超强可见光照入牙釉质和钢板微孔后可以在牙釉质内进行散射达到初步固化定位的目的,20分钟之后由于化学引发剂的作用可以达到80%的固化,1小时之后即能恢复正常咀嚼功能。

1、一种组合式烤瓷牙,包括颊侧烤瓷钢桥体及粘接桥体上的烤瓷面,其特征在于:舌侧是半边哑铃型微孔钢板支架(1),支架中心开有螺孔(2),颊侧是金属烤瓷桥体(3)及粘接桥体上的烤瓷面(4),用螺钉(5)收紧舌颊两件固位。
