Abstract
一种化纤高速纺卷绕头驱动辊专用高速轴承,解决了现有技术转速低,工作寿命、连续工作时间短的不足。其特征在于置于尼龙保持架5内的钢球2偏心置于外圈3与内圈4之间,橡胶密封圈1置于尼龙保持架5外、外圈3与内圈4之间。采用尼龙保持架,偏沟设计。工作转速每分钟可达1.5万转,连续工作1.2万小时,工作寿命长。可供化纤高速纺卷绕头驱动辊用。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种高速轴承，特别是一种化纤高速纺卷绕头驱动辊专用高速轴承。
现有技术中的高速轴承，其目的是带动轴高速旋转。其构造是钢质保持架5内的钢球2居中置于外、内圈3、4之间。其不足之处是转速低，工作寿命、连续工作时间短。
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述现有技术中的不足之处，而提供一种化纤高速纺卷绕头驱动辊专用高速轴承。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：置于尼龙保持架5内的钢球2偏心置于外圈3与内圈4之间，橡胶密封圈1置于尼龙保持架5外、外圈3与内圈4之间。

1、一种化纤高速纺卷绕头驱动辊专用高速轴承，保持架(5)内的钢球(2)置于外、内圈(3、4)之间，其特征在于置于尼龙保持架(5)内的钢球(2)偏心置于外圈(3)与内圈(4)之间，橡胶密封圈(1)置于尼龙保持架(5)外、外圈(3)与内圈(4)之间。
