Abstract

一种录音机的防抹音装置,有由放音键引发动作的锁扣板,录音键的一侧有凸角,锁扣板的靠录音键一端开有可卡住录音键凸角的缺口。所述的防抹音装置较之传统的相同功能的装置,省却了一个防抹音板,但保持了传统结构具有的功能。减少了零件即减少了多个零件公差积累带来的不利影响。简化了录音机芯的组装工序。

Description

一种录音机的防抹音装置
本实用新型涉及录音机处于放音状态时，防止录音键被按下而误抹已录声音的装置。
录音机的录音键只要不被按下，就不会抹掉磁带上已录的声音。即录音机处于放音状态时机芯内有防止录音键被按下的装置。现有的录音机防抹音装置如图1-4，当按下放音键，该键的移动牵动一个锁扣板动作，锁扣板的动作将放音键扣住可维持放音状态；放音键被按下的同时还推动一个防抹板向录音键方向移动，防抹板的前端有一个缺口可卡住录音键的凸角，使录音键不可移动，从而实现防抹音功能。虽然这种装置的性能可靠，但按下放音键将引发锁扣板和防抹板两个零件同时动作。由于相互动作的各零件之间有公差积累问题，相互引发动作的零件越多，对各零件的精度要求越高，材料成本越高，录音机芯组装作业的工序也越复杂。
本实用新型之目的是给出一种简化结构、降低成本，方便机芯组装作业的录音机防抹音装置。
本实用新型所述的录音机防抹音装置，有由放音键动作而引发动作的锁扣板，录音键的靠锁扣板一侧有一个凸角，锁扣板的靠录音键一端开有可卡住录音键凸角的缺口。
本实用新型所述的录音机防抹音装置，按下放音键后，锁扣板被引发动作扣住放音键维持放音状态。此时锁扣板的靠录音键一端的缺口处于录音键的凸角的运动轨迹上，录音键若被按压其凸角将被锁扣板的缺口卡住，即保证录音键不能被按下，而防止误抹已录的声音。本实用新型对锁扣板一端形状的改进，使其具有阻止录音键被误按下的功能，省却了传统录音机芯结构中的防抹板，但保持了原有的功能。因省却了一个相互动作的零件，减少了材料消耗，更重要的是减少了多个零件公差积累带来的不利影响，使其他零件的尺寸精度要求得以降低，从而更容易保证其精度要求。同时也简化了录音机芯组装的工序。

在传统录音机芯中按压放音键2将引发锁扣板3和防抹板4动作。锁扣板3的动作是先向背离录音键1的方向移动很小距离后在弹簧力作用下立即复位，即扣住了被按下的放音键2、防抹板4的动作是向录音键1方向移动，防抹板前端的缺口4a卡住录音键的凸角5，使录音键被锁住而防止误抹音。
本实用新型省却了传统的防抹板4，锁扣板3的前端由传统的斜面改进为开一个缺口3a而形成台阶状，比较图3和图7。当按压放音键2，锁扣板3先向背离录音键1方向移动很小距离后立即复位扣住3被按下的放音键2的同时锁扣板3的靠录音键1一端的缺口3a已处于录音键的凸角5的运动轨迹上，锁扣板的缺口3a可阻止录音键1有效的移动，从而防止录音键被误按压造成误抹音。

1、一种录音机的防抹音装置，有由放音键(2)动作而引发动作的锁扣板(3)，录音键(1)的靠锁扣板(3)一侧有一个凸角(5)，其特征在于，锁扣板(3)的靠录音键(1)一端开有可卡住录音键凸角(5)的缺口(3a)。
