Abstract

本实用新型是用于小型活塞式制冷压缩机中的气缸阀板组件,它的主要改进是气缸头上的阀板中部制成凹槽状,相应将弹片及阀片装于凹槽内,并将阀板的材料改用钢制材料,从而提高容积系数,减少排气通道所占余隙容积,提高COP值。

制冷压缩机气缸阀板组件
本实用新型涉及制冷压缩机技术领域,是用于小型活塞式制冷压缩机中的气缸阀板组件。
目前小型活塞式制冷压缩机中的气缸阀板组件中的阀板均采用普通的铸铁或粉末冶金制成平阀板,平阀板存在因受机械强度限制,必须保证一定的厚度,对于冰箱压缩机来说,余隙容积主要是活塞处于外止点时,活塞顶面之间的容积以及气阀通道的容积之和,然而前者目前已经很小,继续减小不仅效果不理想,而且还会引起噪声等不良影响,由于因平阀板的厚度限制,其上的排气通道所占余隙容积比例较大;很大程度地影响了制冷压缩机的制冷效率的提高。
本实用新型的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种新型的制冷压缩机用气缸阀板组件,以减小排气通道所占余隙容积,提高输气效率。
本实用新型的具体方案是:气缸阀板组件由气缸、活塞以及气缸头上的阀板组成,阀板气阀孔外装有弹片和阀片,特别是将气缸头上的阀板中部制成凹槽状,弹片及阀片凹槽内。阀板的材料改用钢制材料。
本实用新型的上述改进降低了阀板气阀孔的高度,从而减少了排气通道所占余隙容积,提高容积系数和输气效率,同时钢制材料传热性能较好,从而提高COP值。最终提高了制冷压缩机的制冷效率。

实施例:参见附图,本实用新型由气缸1、活塞2、阀板4(采用钢制作)组成,在阀板4中部开有凹槽5,凹槽5内有弹片6和阀片7。由于本实用新型的阀板开了凹槽5,使阀板上的气阀孔8高度降低,从而在排气时减少了余隙容积3,提高了输气效率,则最终提高了制冷压缩机的制冷效率。

1.用于小型活塞式制冷压缩机中的气缸阀板组件,主要由气缸、活塞以及气缸头上的阀板组成,阀板气阀孔外装有弹片和阀片,其特征在于:气缸头上的阀板中部制成凹槽状,弹片及阀片装于凹槽内;阀板的材料改用钢制材料。
