Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种燃煤锅炉用联动划煤器,它主要由设在锅炉煤斗中的划煤滚筒和其传动装置组成,通过炉排链轮带动布煤滚筒和划煤滚筒转动。划煤滚筒圆周弧面上的划齿将进煤口中的煤划下,使水份或硫含量较高的散煤不能在煤斗中形成卡结。有利于布煤滚筒均匀给煤。使炉排上的煤层松疏平整均匀,提高锅炉的热效率,节约能源,减少环境污染。

联动划煤器
本实用新型涉及一种燃煤锅炉的加煤装置,尤其是由圆周面上带划齿的滚筒组成的联动划煤器。
中国专利说明书97238234.8公开了一种锉式布煤器,它主要由进煤口、滚锉式布煤滚筒、梳状分粒板组成,这种锉式布煤器与普通滚筒式布煤器相比,较好地解决了散煤水份偏高或堆积结块以及煤中有冻块杂物而引起的给煤不匀,炉镗内煤层松紧不一、通风不匀、煤燃烧不完全、燃烧效率低、能耗高等问题,但目前锅炉的给煤装置中,由于南方散煤的水偏高和煤中含硫量较多,当这样的煤进入煤斗时受锅炉炉镗内溢出的热空气的影响而容易在煤斗中形成卡结等问题,势必会造成加煤困难而影响布煤器和锅炉的正常工作,这时多采用手工锤震动煤斗壁和在煤斗壁外侧加装电动震动煤斗壁等两种方法来促使散煤顺利下落到布煤器滚筒上,前者大大增加了工人劳动强度,且效果较差,后者结构复杂,成本高且适用性差,同时由于锅炉是一种压力容器,这样也会带来一些安全隐患。
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种能够避免上述缺陷,即能使水份和硫含量较高的散煤不能在进煤口处形成卡结而有利于散煤均匀松疏落于布煤滚筒上的联动划煤器。
本实新型的技术方案是采用在进煤口中设置一个划煤滚筒来实现的。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型有如下特点:
1、由于水份和硫含量较高的散煤不能在进煤口形成卡结,这样有利于均匀连续布煤,从而使煤能够完全充分燃烧和减少环境污染。
2、对块煤的尺寸要求放宽,有利于自动加煤。
3、降低了锅炉的机械故障率,提高了锅炉的使用寿命。

下面结合附图阐明本实用新型的结构和工作原理。
如图所示,本实用新型包括有调节器1、进煤口2、布煤滚筒5、进煤口2内装有划煤滚筒4,在划煤滚筒4的圆周弧面上均匀设有与其轴向方向垂直的长条形划齿9,划煤滚筒4通过两轴承座固定在煤斗两侧,由主动链轮8提供动力,通过链条6带动从动链轮10,从动链轮10再通过链条3带动划煤滚筒4转动。
上述划煤滚筒(4)的划齿(9)还可以是三角形状、三角锥状和片状。
工作原理如下:当水份或硫含量较高的散煤从进煤口2落到划煤滚筒4上时,转动的划煤滚筒4上的长条形划齿9能较好地将煤划落,使散煤不会因热空气的影响在进煤口处于卡结,同时由于长条形划齿9与划煤滚筒4的轴向方向垂直,故下落的煤仍沿原落下方向降至布煤滚筒5上而不致于向某一方向堆积,使不同状况的散煤在煤斗中不会产生堆积和堵塞现象。煤经布煤滚筒5落下后均布于炉排7上。炉排7连续不断地将疏松均匀平整的煤层送入炉镗充分燃烧,这样提高了锅炉的燃烧效率,节约能源,减少环境污染。

Claims (2)

1、一种联动划煤器,它包括有调节器(1)、进煤口(2)、布煤滚筒(5)、链条(3)、从动链轮(10)、链条(6)、主动链轮(8)、炉排(7),其特征在于:在煤斗两侧通过两固定的轴承座装有一划煤滚筒(4)。在划煤滚筒(4)的圆周弧面上均匀分布有与其轴向方向垂直的长条形划齿(9)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的联动划煤器,其特征在于:划煤滚筒(4)的划齿(9)还可以是三角形状、三角锥状和片状。
