本实用新型与机械行业有关，具体涉及到零件加工方面。
目前在办公油印机领域，热敏制版机、热敏制版油印一体机，因其具有制热敏版纸速度快、精度高、使用方便等特点，正日益被市场所认识，逐渐得到推广。然而，由于缠绕热敏版纸所用的卷芯为多层木浆牛皮纸卷制、分切并烘干而成，尺寸受收缩、毛边等因素影响较大，很难达到要求。另外，多层木浆牛皮纸卷制的卷芯成本较高，加之热敏版纸较薄，表面光滑容易造成版纸之间相互松动，尤其是受到轴向震动，更容易滑出，造成版纸端面不齐影响使用。
为此，本实用新型提供一种装置旨在达到克服上述问题的目的。
本实用新型由挡套及卷芯组成。将挡套紧紧插入卷芯的两端构成一体后，套在版纸分切机轴上紧固，便可以进行热敏版纸的分切。版纸分切完成后，将整个卷芯架取下，扎好纸带即可包装了，本实用新型对热敏版纸从分切到使用过程中的各个环节都有保护作用。挡套上的凹槽起定位作用，插入端呈尖角状，内外均有一定斜度以便于插入。鉴于挡套及卷芯可选用易得材料制作，加工简单，容易保证尺寸精度要求，又不受生产批量限制。因此，既能克服上述不足，又方便生产，降低成本。
本实用新型的采用与现有卷芯相比，有以下优点：
1、容易保证尺寸精度，版式纸分切效率高，成本低。
2、不易产生版纸松动、滑动。
本实用新型原理结合附图加以说明。
附图表示实用新型原理剖面示意图。
附图中挡套3紧插在卷芯2的两端构成一体，为了便于插入卷芯2以及分切机轴的穿过，将挡套3的插入端设计为尖角状，内外均有一定斜度。热敏版纸1沿挡套3侧壁一层一层地卷在卷芯2上，直至达到要求的长度，使用时，热敏版纸被一层层拉出。
实施本实用新型时，将装有热敏版纸的卷芯安装在位于机器版纸仓内两侧的版纸轴弹性安装头之间，使安装头上的定位销，嵌入挡套的定位凹槽中。拉出热敏版纸的始端送入热敏制版头下即可以工作。

- 一种用于热敏版纸的卷芯架，主要有卷芯2、挡套3组成，其特征在于挡套3上有定位凹槽，其插入端部分呈尖角状，挡套3紧插入卷芯2的两端内构成一体。
