Abstract

一种电子卡,其上的电连接器包括具前表面及后表面的绝缘本体,贯穿绝缘本体的前、后表面设有若干收容槽,其内分别收容有端子,每一端子均包含收容在收容槽内的基部和延伸出绝缘本体的后表面的尾部。此外,在绝缘本体的上表面设有与收容槽相连通的凹槽,并且在连接器上组设有至少一包含接地片的电磁遮蔽体,接地片则穿过凹槽延伸进相应的收容槽。

Description

一种电子卡
本实用新型是一种电子卡,尤指一种具有能与卡内相应的电连接器的端子导接的接地片的电子卡。
存储卡在笔记本电脑及其他电脑上应用得日益普遍,典型的存储卡包含一长方形架体,架体的一侧设有供电连接器组设的开口,并且设在架体内的电连接器可与一电路板电性导接。但是,这种存储卡所存在的问题在于,存储卡上不需要的杂讯会对讯号传输,尤其高速讯号传输产生负面影响。
美国专利第5,749,741号案揭示了一种使用在电子卡上的接地型电连接器,电连接器包含一接地夹片及一基板,其中接地夹片有选择性地与特定端子接触,而基板则与电子卡的导电盖板形成接地回路。但是,接地夹片组接在电连接器端子上的缺陷在于,将接地夹片组接至预定端子时非常困难,特别是在这种狭小的空间内。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电子卡,电子卡在端子与设于电连接器上的电磁遮蔽体之间设有接地片,从而去除不需要的杂讯。
本实用新型电子卡包括设有若干电路的基板,并且基板的一侧组装有电连接器,电连接器包括具前表面及后表面的绝缘本体。另外贯穿绝缘本体的前、后表面设置有若干收容槽,其内分别收容有端子,每一端子包含收容在收容槽内的基部,和延伸出绝缘本体的后表面的尾部。在绝缘本体的上表面设有与收容槽相连通的凹槽,并且由电连接器的绝缘本体上组装有包含接地片的电磁遮蔽体,并罩覆在绝缘本体至少一水平面的大部份面积上。接地片穿过凹槽延伸入相应的收容槽,并与其内的相应端子电性及机械性接触。
比较现有技术,本实用新型中的接地回路即使在振动的情形下,也能够确保良好接地效果,所以不仅能有效防止电连接器与外界环境间相互的电磁干扰,还可以依靠接地片以确保电磁遮体与盖体间的电性及机械性接合。
下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。

请参阅图1及图2,本实用新型电子卡1包含基架10,基架10形成有一收容框11。基板12上设有若干电路(未图示),并分别在基板12相对的两侧缘组接有五十端脚电连接器20和四端脚电连接器40。此外,基架10上组接有两盖体15(图1中仅示其一),以将两电连接器20、40包覆其中。盖体15包括有凸缘15a及与凸缘15a一体成型的金属片15b。此外,在每一电连接器20(40)上分别装设有一电磁遮蔽体30(50),每一电磁遮蔽体30(50)均与对应的盖体15的金属片15b电性导接,并实质上罩覆在对应电连接器20(40)的上表面的大部分。
请参阅图3至图7,组接在基板12的五十端脚电连接器20包括具前表面20a及后表面20b的绝缘本体21,并且贯穿绝缘本体21的前、后表面设有若干收容槽22,其内分别收容有端子23,每一端子23均包括收容在收容槽22的基部23a及延伸出绝缘本体21的后表面20b的尾部23b。另外,在绝缘本体21的上表面设有与收容槽22相连通凹槽24,而且分别在绝缘本体21相对两侧缘进一步一体成型有凸块25,每一凸块25在其中部适当位置设有保持沟25a。
电磁遮蔽体30包括一平板部31,而且平板部31相对两端缘分别设有翼片32,当电磁遮蔽体30组接在电连接器20时,翼片32恰可收容在所述保持沟25a内,另外在平板部31延伸设有一接地片33,接地片33穿过凹槽24延伸进相应的收容槽22内,包括垂直部33a及电性抵接在对应端子23的水平部33b,其中端子23电性连接在基板12的接地电路。在本实施例中,垂直部33a的法线与端子23的纵长方向保持平行,而平板部31则包括三个相对接地片33延伸的接地柄34,以电性抵接在盖体15的金属片15b。
本实用新型的第二实施例如图10与图11所示,其中第一电磁遮蔽体130包括平板部131,并在平板部131相对两端缘分别设有翼片132,在电磁遮蔽体130组设在电连接器20时,翼片132恰可收容在所述保持沟25a内,另外在平板部131延伸设有一接地片133,接地片133穿过凹槽24延伸进相应的收容槽22内,包括垂直部133a及电性抵接在对应端子23的水平部133b。在本实施例中,垂直部133a的法线与端子23的纵长向相互垂直,这样可减小凹槽24的宽度。平板部31包含三个相对接地片133延伸的接地柄134,以电性抵接在盖体15的金属片15b。
本实用新型第三实施例如图12所示,其中,接地片70与电磁遮蔽体230两者分别成型而非一体成型,在电磁遮蔽体230组装在电连接器10后,接地片70插入凹槽24内,而使电磁遮蔽体230与相应的端子23电性导接。
可以理解,本实用新型电子卡1的接地回路通过电磁遮蔽体30大面积盖覆在电连接器20的绝缘本体21,也就是罩覆在绝缘本体21的上水平面的大部份而达成。

Claims (6)

1.一种电子卡,包括有设有若干电路的基板、电连接器、电磁遮蔽体及盖体,其中盖体罩覆在所述基板及电连接器外并电性连接至电磁遮蔽体,电连接器组接在基板的一侧缘,包括具前表面及后表面的绝缘本体,并且贯穿绝缘本体的前、后表面设有若干收容槽,其内分别收容有端子;其特征在于:电磁遮蔽体固接在电连接器的绝缘本体上,并罩覆在绝缘本体至少一水平面的大部份面积上,而在其后表面周围设有一接地片,接地片延伸进相对应的收容槽中,并与其内的相应端子电性及机械性接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子卡,其特征在于:接地片与电磁遮蔽体一体成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电子卡,其特征在于:接地片由电磁遮蔽体分别成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电子卡,其特征在于:邻靠绝缘本体的水平面设有收容接地片的凹槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电子卡,其特征在于:电磁遮蔽体包含一体成型的接地柄,其相对所述接地片反向延伸,以接触盖体而形成接地回路。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电子卡,其特征在于:电磁遮蔽体通过其上所设的至少一个翼片而固接在绝缘本体上。
