Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种共挤薄膜用、带局部微调结构的模头。模头由流道(1)、模体(2)、模口(3)组成,螺栓(5)直接作用于模口(3)来调节母膜同心度;模口(3)上螺栓(6)、螺栓(7)作用于金属块(4),两者相互配合锁定金属块(4)位置从而调节母膜局部壁厚。这样,既提高了母膜整体强度、透明度,又保证了生产连续性,从而大大降低了生产成本,提高生产效率。

Description

叠加式模头
本实用新型涉及一种机械模具,它是一种应用金属材料弹性变形原理而设计的局部微调的模头。
叠加式模头自90年代从国外引进以来,在三层共挤薄膜的制造上发挥了很大的作用,但其模头不能对母膜壁厚局部调节,而母膜的出口是在一定温度的条件下,故模口会产生失园造成母膜厚薄不匀的现象,从而既影响了母膜的透明度,又导致母膜在下一吹塑工序中破膜现象的发生,严重制约生产的连续性。
本实用新型的任务是提供一种叠加式模头,它能对生产过程中模口失园造成母膜厚薄不匀现象及时调整,从而保证生产的连续性。
为解决上述任务,本实用新型的总体技术方案如下:叠加式模头由流道、模体、模口组成,模体内设计若干流道,模口与模体以螺丝连接,一螺栓直接作用于模口;模口上另两螺栓作用于金属块,两者相互配合锁定金属块位置。
由于模口上一螺栓直接作用于模口,故当该螺栓松紧时,可调节母膜的同心度,从基本上保证母膜的平均厚度要求。同时模口上另两螺栓作用于若干金属块,两者相互配合锁定金属块位置,从而得以调整母膜的局部壁厚,提高了母膜的整体强度,保证了生产的连续性,大大降低了企业生产成本,提高了生产效率。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:

图2为本实用新型叠加式模头沿A-A线的剖视图。
由图可知,叠加式模头由流道1、模体2、模口3组成。模体2内设计若干条流道1,模口3与模体2以螺丝连接,螺栓5直接作用于模口3,调节母膜出口的同心度(即当螺栓5旋紧时流道变窄,旋松时流道变宽)。模口3上的螺栓6、螺栓7作用于金属块4,当螺栓6旋紧时,螺栓7放松,使流道1变窄至所需位置,再旋紧螺栓7,反之同理,即螺栓6、螺栓7两者相配合锁定金属块(4)位置,从而达到调节母膜局部壁厚不匀的目的。
本实用新型不局限于三层共挤薄膜的制造,同样也不局限于局部壁厚控制的24块金属块的分割,只要在模口设计了金属块分割的局部调节系统,均属本实用新型保护范围。

1、一种叠加式模头,由流道(1)、模体(2)、模口(3)组成,流道(1)设计于模体(2)内,模口(3)与模体(2)以螺丝连接,其特征在于:螺栓(5)直接作用于模口(3);模口(3)上的螺栓(6)、螺栓(7)作用于金属块(4),两者互相配合锁定金属块(4)位置。
