本实用新型的大理石超簿直条锯片属于一种石材切割锯片。
目前,现有技术的大理石切割用的直条锯片切割机,按其工艺方法可分为平移锯和摇摆锯。其采用的锯片一般长度为3150mm,锯片体厚度为3.5mm,宽度是110mm的钢片,锯齿厚度为5mm金刚石片、粒,其存在着由于锯片锯齿较厚,在太理石板材的加工切割过程中,锯路较大,石材原料损耗大,出板率低,电耗大等不足。
本实用新型的目的在于:针对现有技术的不足,提出一种大理石超簿直条锯片。
本实用新型的大理石超簿直条锯片,由锯片体(1),锯齿(2),接头(3)组合而构成,其特征在于:其锯片体(1)的厚度B在0.5-2.8mm之间,锯齿(2)厚度B1在1.2-4mm之间为宜。其锯片体(1)的厚度B在0.8-2.8mm之间,锯齿(2)厚度B1在1.6-4mm之间较好,其锯片体(1)的厚度B选择在1.05-1.15mm之间,锯齿(2)厚度B1选择在1.9-2.1mm之间为最佳。其锯片长度、宽度及材质,锯齿形状及材质均可根据不同需要采用现有技术的各种不同的尺寸和不同的形状和材质来获得最佳的使用效果。其组合制造可采用现有技术进行连接组合。超簿直条锯片其锯路大幅度降低,其石材原料利用率和出板率可提高15-20%,节电15%以上,切割速度快、工作效率可提高10%以上。

1、一种大理石超簿直条锯片,由锯片体(1),锯齿(2),接头(3)组合而构成超簿锯片(8),其特征在于:其锯片体(1)的厚度B在0.5-2.8mm范围,锯齿(2)的厚度B1在1.2-4mm范围为宜。
2、根据权利要求1所述的大理石超簿直条锯片,其特征在于:其锯片体(1)的厚度B在0.8-2.8mm范围,锯齿厚度B1在1.6-4mm范围较好。
3、根据权利要求1所述的大理石超簿直条锯片,其特征在于:其锯片体(1)的厚度B在1.05-1.15mm范围,锯齿厚度B1在1.9-2.1mm范围为最佳。
