本实用新型公开了一种电动往复锯的夹持装置,该装置包括装夹于往复锯上的滑杆,滑杆的头部开设有供锯条插入的槽,槽的横向设有销孔,销孔内设有销钉,销钉插入锯条的装夹孔内,所述滑杆外套设有转套,转套与滑杆用螺纹连接,转套内孔的前部设有锥面,锥面压住销钉;该装置能够夹持不同厚度的锯条,并且对夹持孔的大小没有特别的限制,应用范围广,操作方便,使用时锯条不易松动。

电动往复锯的夹持装置
本实用新型涉及电动工具。
现有技术中,电动工具被广泛应用于各行各业,它不仅降低了人们的劳动强度,而且还提高了人们的工作效率。电动往复锯就是此类电动工具中的一种,但是目前的电动往复锯的夹持装置存在着以下两方面的缺点:一是每个夹持装置只能夹持一种厚度的锯条,装夹其它厚度的锯条时很不稳定;二是对锯条夹持部的夹持孔的大小有实大的限制,孔稍大也会在使用时引起松动。
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种电动往复锯的夹持装置,该装置能够夹持不同厚度的锯条,并且对夹持孔的大小没有特别的限制,应用范围广,操作方便,使用时锯条不易松动。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种电动往复锯的夹持装置,该装置包括装夹于往复锯上的滑杆,滑杆的头部开设有供锯条插入的槽,槽的横向设有销孔,销孔内设有销钉,销钉插入锯条的装夹孔内,所述滑杆外套设有转套,转套与滑杆用螺纹连接,转套内孔的前部设有锥面,锥面压住销钉。

本实用新型的优点是:
1.本实用新型由销钉将插入的锯条压紧在槽的一个侧面上,所以它能夹持不同厚度的锯条,又由于销钉的头部呈锥形,并且压入锯条的装夹孔内来固定锯条,所以锯条上的装夹孔的大小没有特别的限制,只要保持在一定范围内就可以了。
2.本实用新型的销钉由转套内孔的锥面来压紧,而转套与滑杆通过螺纹连接,所以该装置在使用过程中不会松动,锯条夹持牢固可靠。

实施例:如图所示,一种电动往复锯的夹持装置,该装置包括装夹于往复锯上的滑杆[1],滑杆[1]的头部开设有供锯条[2]插入的槽[3],槽[3]的横向设有销孔[4],销孔[4]内设有销钉[5],销钉[5]插入锯条[2]的装夹孔[6]内,所述滑杆[1]外套设有转套[7],转套[7]与滑杆[1]用螺纹[8]连接,转套[7]内孔的前部设有锥面[9],锥面[9]压住销钉[5];所述滑杆[1]的外圆表面套有衬套[10],销钉[5]穿过衬套[10]抵住转套[7]内孔的锥面[9];所述销钉[5]的头部呈锥形。本实用新型由销钉[5]将插入的锯条[2]压紧在槽[3]的一个侧面上,所以它能夹持不同厚度的锯条[2],又由于销钉[5]的头部呈锥形,并且压入锯条[2]的装夹孔[6]内来固定锯条[2],所以锯条[2]上的装夹孔[6]的大小没有特别的限制,只要保持在一定范围内就可以了;本实用新型的销钉[5]由转套[7]内孔的锥面[9]来压紧,而转套[7]与滑杆[1]通过螺纹[8]连接,所以该装置在使用过程中不会松动,锯条[2]夹持牢固可靠。

2.根据权利要求1所述的电动往复锯的夹持装置,其特征在于:所述滑杆[1]的外圆表面套有衬套[10],销钉[5]穿过衬套[10]抵住转套[7]内孔的锥面[9]。
