本实用新型公开了一种电动往复锯的夹持装置,该装置包括装夹于往复锯上的滑杆,滑杆的头部开设有供锯条插入的槽,槽的横向设有销孔,销孔内设有销钉,销钉插入锯条的装夹孔内,所述滑杆外套设有转套,转套与滑杆用螺纹连接,转套内孔的前部设有锥面,锥面压住销钉;该装置能够夹持不同厚度的锯条,并且对夹持孔的大小没有特别的限制,应用范围广,操作方便,使用时锯条不易松动。

本实用新型涉及电动工具。
现有技术中，电动工具被广泛应用于各行各业，它不仅降低了人们的劳动强度，而且还提高了人们的工作效率。电动往复锯就是此类电动工具中的一种，但是目前的电动往复锯的夹持装置存在着以下两方面的缺点：一是每个夹持装置只能夹持一种厚度的锯条，装夹其它厚度的锯条时很不稳定；二是对锯条夹持部的夹持孔的大小有实大的限制，孔稍大也会在使用时引起松动。
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种电动往复锯的夹持装置，该装置能够夹持不同厚度的锯条，并且对夹持孔的大小没有特别的限制，应用范围广，操作方便，使用时锯条不易松动。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种电动往复锯的夹持装置，该装置包括装夹于往复锯上的滑杆，滑杆的头部开设有供锯条插入的槽，槽的横向设有销孔，销孔内设有销钉，销钉插入锯条的装夹孔内，所述滑杆外套设有转套，转套与滑杆用螺纹连接，转套内孔的前部设有锥面，锥面压住销钉。

1.本实用新型由销钉将插入的锯条压紧在槽的一个侧面上，所以它能夹持不同厚度的锯条，又由于销钉的头部呈锥形，并且压入锯条的装夹孔内来固定锯条，所以锯条上的装夹孔的大小没有特别的限制，只要保持在一定范围内就可以了。
2.本实用新型的销钉由转套内孔的锥面来压紧，而转套与滑杆通过螺纹连接，所以该装置在使用过程中不会松动，锯条夹持牢固可靠。
