本实用新型涉及一种过滤器，特别是一种钢刷式自动清洗过滤器。
目前一般的清洗过滤器如被过滤杂质封堵后，清洗过滤器失效，而通常须拆开将清洗过滤器卸下清洗，非常不便、容易影响生产。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能随时将过滤网上杂质清除的钢刷式自动清洗过滤器。
本实用新型的技术方案是设计一种钢刷式自动清洗过滤器，包括壳体、圆筒滤网、进口管、出口管、顶盖、电机、排污阀、压差控制器，其特征是：顶盖上有一排污阀，顶盖上有转轴孔，转轴孔有转轴，顶盖外侧转轴与电机连接，顶盖内侧的转轴上有两条钢刷条，钢刷条与圆筒滤网内网面配合。
本实用新型的优点是能随时将过滤网上杂质清除。

图中包括壳体1、圆筒滤网2、进口管3、出口管4、顶盖5、电机6、排污阀7、压差控制器，其特征是：顶盖5上有一排污阀7，顶盖5上有转轴孔10，转轴孔10有转轴8，顶盖5外侧转轴8与电机6连接，顶盖5内侧的转轴8上有两条钢刷条11，钢刷条11与圆筒滤网2内网面配合。
使用时压差控制器检测到清洗信号，打开排污阀7，同时电机6带动转轴8转动，使两条钢刷条11扫过圆筒滤网2内网面全部，截留在圆筒滤网2内网面上的杂质因过滤器中的内部压力被冲入排污阀8被排出过滤器。
