背景技术：
以往一般的过滤器在使用过程中当滤网被杂质堵住后，过滤将不能进行。这时，需将滤网拆下来清洗，然后，再装上使用，这样既不方便，又影响生产，而且频繁拆装、影响过滤品使用寿命。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能随时以在线方式清除，过滤杂质的吮吸式自动清洗过滤器。
本实用新型的技术方案是设计一种吸吮式自动清洗过滤器，其结构包括：滤筒、滤芯、进口管、出口管、排污阀、电机、吸嘴、吸管、压差控制器等。当滤网杂质达到一定程度，压差达到一定值时，过滤器自动打开排污阀，同时电机带动吸嘴吸吮滤网上的杂质，杂质在水力的作用下从排污口排走。
本实用新型的优点是随时以在线方式将过滤网上的杂质自动清除。

具体实施方式：本使用结构特征是滤筒6内有粗滤芯3和精滤芯5，精滤芯内有能转动的吸管，吸管上有若干个吸嘴7，吸管一端有一丝杆并与电机连接，吸管上有孔通排污室2，滤筒盖上接有排污阀10，另外还有进口管9，出口管8。
使用时压差控制器检测到清洗信号，自动打开排污阀，同时电机带动丝杆和吸管作螺旋运动，使吸管上的吸嘴扫过滤芯内表面的全部。将滤网上的杂质吸入吸管，进入排污室，再从排污阀排出。

  1. 一种吸吮式自动清洗过滤器，包括滤筒、滤芯、进口管、出口管、滤筒盖、排污阀、压差控制器，其特征是：滤筒内有滤芯，滤芯内侧面有吸嘴，吸嘴装于吸管上，吸管通排污室，排污室接排污阀，吸管一端连接一丝杆，丝杆与电机连接。
