Abstract

一种玻璃隔热保温板,在相互平行的两平板玻璃及其中空密封夹层,其特征是在夹层内装有一隔热板将其间隔为A.B两层,若隔热保温性能要求更高,进而可使夹层为真空层。该隔热板可以是塑料板或锡箔一类金属箔,或两者的复合物,本实用新型的优点是保温性好,适于工业化生产,且适应面广,可广泛地用于各种建筑、冷库、保温库、冷藏车、冷藏船,甚至冰箱、冰柜等需要隔热保温的场合。

玻璃隔热保温板
本实用新型涉及一种建筑板材,更具体地说涉及一种玻璃隔热保温板。
已有的中空玻璃板材是一种常用建筑材料之一,但因相互平行的两平板玻璃夹层间有空气介质,在保温性能上尚不佳,而阳光也可射入穿过。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种光线难以穿入的保温性能优良的玻璃隔热保温板。
本实用新型有由玻璃框架固定支撑的相互平行的两平板玻璃及其中空密封夹层,其特征是在两平行玻璃间还装有一隔热板而将夹层分为双夹层或两腔室A和B;考虑到更好的隔热保温效果,进一步降低空气介质的热交换作用,将夹层内抽真空,从而构筑成真空型玻璃隔热板。
显然,本实用新型由于有挡光隔热作用的隔热板的设置成为双层阻隔,进而还可以使夹层成为真空层,因此本实用新型的优点是保温性能很好,也便于按需要尺寸进行大规模工业化生产,且应用面很广。
下面通过附图给出本实用新型的具体实施例。

如图所示,本实用新型包括由玻璃框架1固定支撑的相互平行的两平板玻璃4及其中空密封夹层5,其特征在于它还包括两平板玻璃4的夹层5间设置的一隔热板2,且该隔热板2周边凭借玻璃框架1和其两侧面的一个或多个支撑物3将夹层5分为A和B两腔室。
为进一步提高保温性能,作为另一实施例,上述两平板玻璃4间的夹层5与为真空层,即A和B两腔室为真空。
上述隔热板2可以是塑料板、锡箔一类的金属箔或两者结合的复合物。也可以在PET塑料板上镀铝等金属膜层(图中未画出)。
本实用新型可以广泛地用于各种建筑,特别是冷库、保温库、冷藏车或船,甚至冰箱、冰柜等需要隔热保温的设备和场所。

Claims (4)

1.一种玻璃隔热保温板,它包括由玻璃框架(1)固定支撑的相互平行的两平板玻璃(4)及其中空密封夹层(5),其特征在于它还包括两平板玻璃(4)的夹层(5)间设置的一隔热板(2),且该隔热板(2)周边凭借玻璃框架(1)和其两侧面的一个或多个支撑物(3)将夹层(5)分为A和B两腔室。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温板,其特征在于上述两平板玻璃(4)间的夹层(5)为真空层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保温板,其特征在于上述隔热板(2)可以是塑料板、锡箔一类的金属箔或两者结合的复合物。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的保温板,其特征在于上述隔热板(2)可以是在PET塑料板上镀铝等金属膜层。
