Abstract

一种正反火双火层煤气发生炉,其特点是:上炉体为反火燃烧室,内壁呈锥状筒,其上部有气化剂室,下端有环形筒;下炉体内为正火燃烧室,内壁呈锥状筒,其上部与环形筒组成环成空腔,空腔上有煤气管与集气筒相连通,下面有集气槽,由管与集气筒相连通,集气筒上有煤气出口,下端有排灰口,下炉体下端部有气化剂室,炉顶内下部有气化剂室。该煤气发生炉料层下降均匀,上火层长焦油裂解充分,可烧烟煤,煤气干净,灰渣含炭量低。

Description

正反火双火层煤气发生炉
该实用新涉及一种煤气发生炉,是一种正反火双火层煤气发生炉。
目前,煤气发生炉品种很多,大致可分为两大类:一类是传统的正火炉,煤自下向上燃烧,下进气化剂,上出煤气,这种炉易烧坏炉蓖,煤气质量不高,有害物质含量高。另一类是反火炉,煤自上向下燃烧,气化剂从上进,煤气从下出,这种炉灰渣含碳量高,能源浪费严重。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种正反火双火层煤气发生炉,以解决正火炉易烧坏炉篦,煤气质量不高,有害物质含量高,反火炉灰渣含碳量高能源浪费严重问题。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:该炉是由上下炉体、炉顶、炉盖、炉腿、炉篦除灰机械构成,上炉体内为反火燃烧室,其内壁呈锥状筒上小下大,上部设有气化剂室,内壁与外壁间设有冷却水套,水套上端部设有蒸汽出口,锥状筒下端有环形筒;下炉体内为正火燃烧室,其内侧设有冷却水套,水套下端部有进水管,上端有连通管其与上炉体冷却水套相连通,下炉体内壁呈锥状筒,上小下大,其上部与环形筒组成环形空腔,空腔上有煤气管与集气筒相连通,下有集气槽,其下侧有过滤板,集气槽由管与集气筒相连通,集气筒上有煤气出口,下端有排灰口,下炉体下端部设有炉篦、气化剂室和气化剂进口,下炉体下面有除灰机械;炉顶内上有耐火材料,下部有气化剂室,一侧有气化剂进口。
炉顶气化剂室内侧壁呈锥形面,上小下大,上面均布有气化剂孔。
集气槽为水套结构,其与下炉体冷却水套相连通,一侧高,一侧低,冷却水靠比重差自然流动。
该实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:(1)反火燃烧室和正火燃烧室内壁均呈锥状筒,料层下降均匀,克服了其它类型煤气炉料层下降时四周慢中间快的缺点;(2)反火燃烧室设有气化剂室,增加了二次风,火层长、焦油裂解充分,可烧挥发分较高的烟煤,煤气热值可提高5-10%;层长、焦油裂解充分,可烧挥发分较高的烟煤,煤气热值可提高5-10%;(3)采用了集气槽和集气筒,煤气中的粉尘含量低、煤气更干净;(4)采用双火层,能有效提高单炉产气量和气化率,可降低灰渣含炭量。

图中:炉体(6)(9)采用钢板制成,上炉体(6)内为反火燃烧室,炉体内侧有冷却水套,其上部有热水或蒸气出口(5),内侧壁呈锥状筒,上小下大,上部有气化剂室(4),气化剂室(4)内侧壁上均布有气化剂孔,外侧设有气化剂进口(22),锥状筒下端焊固有环形筒(21);下炉体(9)内为正火燃烧室,炉体内侧有冷却水套,水套下端部有进水管(10),上端有连通管(7),其与上炉体冷却水套相连通,下炉体内侧壁锥状筒,上小下大,其上部与环形筒(21)组成环形空腔(8),空腔(8)侧面有煤气管(20)与集气筒(19)相连通,空腔下面有集气槽(15),其下侧面上有过滤板,  侧面上有煤气管(17)与集气管(19)相连通,集气筒(19)上设有煤气出口(18)可接后处理设备,下端有排灰口(16),下炉体(9)下端部设有炉篦,炉篦下面有气化剂室(14),气化剂室(14)呈锥形,上大下小,下端设有气化剂进口(13),下炉体下面设有降灰机械(12),炉顶(1)内上有耐火材料(24),下部有气化剂室(2),其内壁呈锥筒形,上面均布有气化剂孔,锥筒上小下大,小端与炉口焊固为一体,炉口上有炉盖(25),大端与上炉体(6)相连通,气化剂室一侧有气化剂进口(23),炉体靠炉腿(11)支撑固定。

1、一种正反火双火层煤气发生炉是由上、下炉体(6)、(9)炉顶(1)、炉盖(25)、炉腿(11)、降灰机械(12)和炉篦构成,其特征在于:上炉体内为反火燃烧室,其内壁呈锥状筒,上小下大,上部有气化剂室(4),内壁与外壁间设有锥状筒水套,水套上端部有出口(5),锥状筒下端有环形筒(21),下炉体(9)内为正火燃烧室,其内侧有冷却水套,水套下端部有进水管(10),上端有连通管(7),其与上炉体冷却水套相连通,下炉体内壁呈锥状筒,上小下大,其上部与集气筒(19)相连通,下有集气槽(15),集气槽由煤气管(17)与集气筒相连通,集气筒上有煤气出口(18),下端有排灰口(16),下炉体下端部设有炉篦、气化剂室(14)和气化剂进口(13),下炉体下面有降灰机械(12),炉顶内上有耐火材料(24),下有气化剂室(2),一侧有气化剂进口(23);
上炉体环形气室在炉顶气室之下,增加了反火段氧化层长度。
2、根据权利要求1所述的煤气发生炉,其特征在于:集气槽(15)为水套结构,其与下炉体(9)冷却水套相连通,一侧高,一侧低,冷却水靠比重自然流动。其下部设有过滤板。
