通用耐摩板
本实用新型属于一种板材，用于有带尘和颗粒物料的气流冲刷设备上使用。
有许多工业设备，在运行中有颗粒状硬物流动冲刷，如农产品加工，水泥，矿渣等物料的输送管道，其内壁磨损严重，往往这种磨损直接影响设备寿命，使用维修周期和设备运行维修费用。
本实用新型目的在于公开一种通用耐磨板。具有在同硬度，同厚度情况下，使用寿命提高数倍，节省设备用料，降低设备成本重量的优点。

本实用新型为一个板材1，可按需要弯制成各种形状。其特征在于在整个板的冲刷面上都均匀的密布有朝向冲刷面的冲制孔2，即孔的边沿有一圈突起的毛刺3。
本实用新型可广泛用于农产品加工，水泥业，矿产业中有颗粒流动或冲刷的设备中作为相应管道设备的内壁或衬壁，其磨损面有凸起的毛刷，冲刷颗粒不直接磨损板材，而是与毛刺磨擦，同时毛刺上贴挂的物料也会起到保护护板作用，从而大大延长板的耐磨性，延长使用寿命。
如用于大米加工设备的流管，旋风降落器，螺旋输送机的外壳等设备的内衬，在受到稻壳米粒磨擦和冲刷，不仅抗磨耐用，噪声也显著降低。用1MM外板衬以0.3MM的该耐磨板，即可代替3MM厚板，用料节省百分之五十。
