Abstract

具防止水流渗入的定量按压器,由排液盖、帽盖、储液管、吸液阀、瓶盖、弹簧、瓣膜、管座构成;其中管帽旋锁于管座,储液管一端穿过帽盖与排液盖接合,一端与吸液阀接合,吸液阀套接弹簧压固瓣膜组设于管座,形成一定量按压器,藉瓶盖旋锁于瓶口;按压排液盖时,可轻易将瓶体内的液体抽吸排出于瓶外,并藉储液管特有的环周斜锥壁面与高于帽盖的斜锥管的密合挡水作用,有效防止瓶外水垢渗入瓶内,保护瓶内液体不受外界水垢污染。

Description

具防止水流渗入的定量按压器
本实用新型是一种按压器,特别是一种瓶用具防止水流渗入的定量按压器。
按,定量按压器乃随处可见,是应用范围极广的常用按压器,亦因使用场合的不同,衍生的种类繁多,实在不胜枚举。其中应用最广泛的场合,莫过于应用于具有随时取用瓶内液体需求的各类式样的瓶体,举如盥洗室、浴室、游泳池更衣室等潮湿且大量用水的地点,所放置的洗手膏、洗发精、沐浴乳等等商品包装用不透明瓶体,其瓶顶组置孔皆锁设有定量按压器。
举如图1所示的常用定量按压器实施例,当按压排液头1时,充满液体的储液管2带动活塞22随之向下压迫趋近管座4,迫使储液管2内的液体推开排液钢珠21,经由排液头1排至瓶外,以达简易取用瓶内液体目的;并藉由弹簧23的缩张效能,挺顶活塞22与储液管2,藉由活塞22挺顶动作产生的抽吸作用,配合帽盖3的牙槽31与储液管2间的缝隙构成的气道,使大气经过定位环32藉由气道进入瓶内,解除瓶内真空状态,使瓶内液体可顺利经由供液管42推开供液钢珠41而再度充满储液管2。
然,承上所述的常见定量按压器,习惯长期置放于潮湿且大量用水的地点而极易遭受外界盥洗等用水的淋洒,促使原为收纳排液头1以方便运送而设计的牙槽31因而积存外界的水垢,当排液头1受按压时,该等水垢极易穿过定位环32,经由气道侵入瓶体10内部,导致瓶内液体受到水垢污染,而造成瓶内液体产生含水稀释、微生物滋生败坏或品质变质的困扰,因而促使厂商于应用时皆采用不透明的瓶体10容器,以避免长期于大量用水环境使用后,消费者发现瓶内积存水垢,导致消费者对该产品的不信任而消灭消费意愿,并阻碍厂商促销该产品时,不利于采用便利的透明包装扩增其促销优势。
针对常用定量按压器尚存有按压时无法防止水流渗入,使水垢侵入瓶内,导致瓶内液体遭受污染变质所产生的问题,即是本实用新型特以研创解决该问题的动机所在。深究其主要原因是为帽盖3的牙槽31与储液管2间的缝隙所构成的气道,朝瓶体10下方直线开设所致,当水垢积存于牙槽31时,迫使水垢向下方气道聚集,导致定量按压器受压挤时,其水垢会随瓶内抽吸作用而迅速顺势通过气道侵入瓶内,污染瓶内液体。故只需改变气道的位置,即可彻底处理解决该问题,进而研创出本实用新型的具防止水流渗入的定量按压器。
基于上述因素所产生的瓶内液体遭受污染变质的问题,本实用新型的主要目的即在于提供一种防止水垢于气道渗入瓶内的定量按压器。
本实用新型的上述目的是由以下技术方案来实现的。
一种具防止水流渗入的定量按压器,主要是由排液盖、帽盖、储液管、吸液阀、瓶盖、弹簧、瓣膜以及管座等所构成;其中该帽盖是以一体成型制作而成,一端延制有斜锥管与牙槽,另一端延制有管嘴与内牙层,管嘴得以与储液管一端相接合,内牙层可旋锁于管座的牙层;管帽是旋锁于管座,该储液管一端穿过帽盖与排液盖接合,一端与吸液阀接合,吸液阀套接弹簧压固瓣膜组设于管座,形成一定量按压器结构,其特征在于:
该斜锥管管口是高于帽盖具有高度差h,斜锥管与牙槽间相互区隔,且斜锥管与管嘴相贯通;可锁装排液盖的牙槽底端是呈封闭状;
该储液管环周壁面具一斜锥度α,其一端外径环周面壁能与帽盖的斜锥管的管口内径壁面相密合,另一端外径环周面壁能与帽盖斜锥管管口形成一环缝。
该瓣膜上可开设有具启闭效能的C形槽孔。
上述技术方案,在实施上是改变储液管的环周面壁使其具有一斜锥度,一端设有吸液阀,藉以取代常用钢珠式止回阀,并针对气道开设的缺失加以变更设计,经设计后的帽盖是具有管口高于帽盖甚多的挡水用斜锥管,其具有斜锥度的储液管环周面壁一端得与斜锥管管口密合,一端得与斜锥管管口保持一缝隙,使牙槽内积存的水垢得以与斜锥管管口分离,以阻挡牙槽内积存水垢渗入瓶内,且同时备具控制缝隙启闭的效能。
当定量按压器于未按压时,该斜锥管管口可与具斜锥度的储液管环周面壁相密合,以达定量按压器可防止水流渗入的效能;适逢定量按压器受按压时,迫使储液管随之向下压迫趋近管座,斜锥管管口与具斜锥度的储液管环周面壁逐渐分离而产生缝隙构成气道,使大气经由该气道进入瓶内,解除瓶内真空状态,以促使瓶体内的液体得以轻易抽吸排出于瓶外,因帽盖的斜锥管管口远高于帽盖,使牙槽内积存的水垢得以与斜锥管管口分离,而无法渗入气道,以达防止水垢渗入瓶内的效能。
本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型所提供的一种具防止水流渗入的定量按压器,经由帽盖的斜锥管的挡水作用,有效防止瓶外的水垢渗入瓶内,进而备具保护瓶内液体不受外界水垢污染,且另具有以吸液阀与瓣膜取代常用钢珠式止回阀,使得以降低生产成本、提高生产率。

先看图2、3、4,本实用新型的一种具防止水流渗入的定量按压器,主要是由排液盖5、帽盖6、储液管7、吸液阀71、瓶盖93、弹簧75、瓣膜8以及管座9等所构成;其中,
该排液盖5环周延制有一排液管体51,中心设有组置孔与牙层52,其组置孔与排液管体51相通形成一排液道,且组置孔得以与储液管7接合,牙层得以与帽盖6牙糟62接合;经由储液管7供应至排液盖5的瓶内液体可藉其排液道排出;
该帽盖6是以一体成型制作,一端延制有斜锥管61与牙槽62,一端延制有管嘴63与内牙层64;其中斜锥管61管口高于帽盖6具有高度差h(配合图5所示),且斜锥管61与管嘴63相贯通;牙槽62可收纳排液盖5,与排液盖5的牙层配锁;斜锥管61得以与储液管7一端相接合;内牙层64可旋锁于管座9的牙层95;
该储液管7环周壁面具一斜锥度α(配合图5所示),一端可与帽盖6斜锥管61相接合,一端具有阀嘴72,得以组设吸液阀71;
该吸液阀71是具由阀塞74套组阀套73所构成;其中阀塞74一端套设承载弹簧75,一端具有十字型导液板741,导液板741可套组阀套73,组设于储液管7阀嘴72,促使阀套73得以上下自由位移,取代常用的排液钢珠21;
该瓣膜8是由PE材质构成的膜片,其中开设有C形槽孔,使该瓣膜8具有启闭的效能,取代常用的供液钢珠41;
该管座9一端具有环肋91与牙层95,一端具有供液管体92,环肋91下方开设有气孔94,管座9与供液管体92间设有承座96;其中环肋91可与瓶盖93、垫片931套接旋锁固设于瓶体10顶端组置孔,牙层95得以与帽6内牙层64配锁,供液管体92外接供液管;管座9内部是可组设储液管7与吸液阀71,使其吸液阀71承载弹簧75得以压固瓣膜8,使瓣膜8固定于承座96(如图5所示);
该储液管7一端套设帽盖6,与排液盖5结合,一端与吸液阀71接合,吸液阀71一端承载弹簧75压迫瓣膜8固定于承座96,整体组设于管座9内部,以帽盖6内牙层64与管座9牙层95旋锁夹缩,形成一定量按压器结构,并可藉管座9环肋91架设于瓶体10顶端组置孔,以瓶盖93旋锁固定于瓶顶,使垫片931与瓶顶组置孔密合,达到完全密封瓶口的效能。
如图4所示,排液盖5可旋锁容设于帽盖6牙槽62,使体积大幅缩小便于运送,其排液盖5与帽盖6密合,储液管7向下压迫吸液阀71与弹簧75,使瓣膜8呈紧闭状态,可保护瓶内液体不致外漏。
当旋开排液盖5(配合图5所示),使排液盖5与帽盖6牙槽62脱离时,藉由弹簧75的张缩效能挺顶吸液阀71并促使储液管7向上弹动,其管座9与吸液阀71形成一定量空间,使该储液管7的斜锥状环周面壁得以与管帽6斜锥管61相密合,使外界淋洒的盥洗等水垢即使直接冲击储液管71亦无法渗入瓶内,以达防止水流渗入瓶内的效能;其中当吸液阀71向上移动时,其阀套73向下移动至阀塞74位置,使阀套73、阀塞74与管座9内径壁面密合,形成一真空吸筒结构抽吸瓶内液体,使瓶内液体经由供液管体92,挺顶瓣膜8后进入管座9的定量空间,待弹簧75完全伸张挺顶储液管7与管帽6斜锥管61相密合而停止作动后,该瓣膜8因抽吸作用停止与液体重压而紧贴承座96呈闭合状,使管座9内充满定量的瓶内液体备便按压取用,形成等待状态,此状态亦为平日未按压定量按压器的状态。
适逢需取用瓶内液体而按压排液盖5时(如图6所示),储液管7受压迫带动吸液阀71向下移动连带压缩弹簧75并挤压定量空间的定量液体,使阀套73向上移动与阀塞74间形成一排液环缝,并促使储液管7具斜锥度α的环周面壁与斜锥管61管口逐渐分离而形成一环缝60,该环缝60与气孔94及垫片931内径环孔932形成贯通外界大气与瓶体10内部的气道,而大气得以藉由气道进入瓶体10内部,防止瓶内因抽吸作用产生真空现象,使取用瓶内液体得以顺利进行;此刻,即使牙槽62因外界淋洒而积存水垢时,因帽盖6与斜锥管61具有高度差h,使水垢受阻挡于斜锥管61外径壁面而与气道分离,进而解决水垢被大气压迫侵入瓶内污染液体的问题,达到防止水流渗入的效能。
承上所述,该瓣膜8因受定量液体挤压而紧贴承座96呈开合状,迫使受挤压的定量液体经由排液环缝撞击十字型导液板741,藉导液板741的整流引导作用使定量液体导入储液管7经排液道排出瓶外,以达取用瓶内液体的效能。
当按压排液盖5的压力消除后,藉由弹簧75的张缩效能挺顶吸液阀71并促使储液管7向上弹动,再度形成一真空吸筒结构抽吸瓶内液体,藉由气道连通大气的辅助下,使瓶内液体经抽吸作用,由供液管体92挺顶瓣膜8后进入管座9的定量空间,使管座9内重新充满定量的瓶内液体备便按压取用,再度形成等待状态:等待下一次的按压使用。

1、一种具防止水流渗入的定量按压器,主要是由排液盖、帽盖、储液管、吸液阀、瓶盖、弹簧、瓣膜以及管座等所构成;其中该帽盖是以一体成型制作而成,一端延制有斜锥管与牙槽,另一端延制有管嘴与内牙层,管嘴得以与储液管一端相接合,内牙层可旋锁于管座的牙层;管帽是旋锁于管座,该储液管一端穿过帽盖与排液盖接合,一端与吸液阀接合,吸液阀套接弹簧压固瓣膜组设于管座,形成一定量按压器结构,其特征在于:
该斜锥管管口是高于帽盖具有高度差h,斜锥管与牙槽间相互区隔,且斜锥与管嘴相贯通;可锁装排液盖的牙槽底端是呈封闭状;
该储液管环周壁面具一斜锥度α,其一端外径环周面壁能与帽盖的斜锥管的管口内径壁面相密合,另一端外径环周面壁能与帽盖斜锥管管口形成一环缝。
