Abstract

一种电脑系统壳体,包括基座、侧板以及面板。基座设有上盖、前板、后板、底板及主机板承载架,构成一开口盒形体,以收容主机板、电源供应器、硬盘、光驱等电脑次系统。该侧板是枢装在基座上并覆盖该开口,并借助一螺钉螺锁在后板上。该面板则设有定位脚,该定位脚可穿过前板与侧板上相互对齐的孔,以将面板安装于前板上。

Description

电脑系统壳体
本实用新型是关于一种电脑系统壳体,尤其是指一种其侧板可枢装并借手动螺钉锁固在基座上的电脑壳体结构。
传统电脑系统壳体结构包括有基座、上盖及面板,是用于封装诸如硬盘、光驱及电源供应器等电脑次系统。基座包括底板、前板及后板,通常是呈U形结构。上盖由顶板及分别自顶板两纵长侧缘弯折延伸的侧板组成,通常亦呈U形结构。该基座在其底板两侧缘上设有导轨,以滑动装配该上盖,再借若干螺钉将上盖与后板螺锁一体。该面板设有组装脚,可插入前板相应孔中。
但是,以上电脑壳体结构存在着若干缺失:首先,上盖与后板螺锁时需要大量螺钉,不但增加了装配时间及制造成本,而且也使维修时的拆装复杂化;其次,由于上盖两相应侧缘与导轨及导轨延伸部需要精确的对准,因此上盖很难保持在导轨上滑动;再者,该U形上盖具有相当大的外型尺寸,在贮存及运输时会占用大量空间。相关专利可见于美国专利第5,159,528、5,164,886、5,271,152、5,397,176、5,438,476以及5,491,611号。因此,为便于组装及制造,上述U形上盖及基座实有进一步改进的必要。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有可简便拆装侧板的电脑系统壳体。
为达上述目的,本实用新型电脑系统壳体包括基座、侧板以及面板。其中基座包括上盖、前板、后板、底板及承载架,并构成一开口盒形体,以收容主机板、电源供应器、硬盘及光驱等电脑次系统。该侧板是枢装于基座上并覆盖该开口,再借助一螺钉螺锁于后板。该面板则具有定位脚,该定位脚可穿过前板与侧板上相互对齐的孔,以将该面板安装于前板上。
由于采用了上述技术方案,不但简化了电脑系统壳体的制造及安装,而且也便于贮存及运输壳体零件以节约成本。

本实用新型下面将结合附图及实施例作进一步详述。
请参考图1,壳体10包括基座12、侧板14及借定位脚62与安装脚17定位安装于基座12上的面板16。该基座12则包括上盖18、后板20、底板22、前板24及可作为主机板(图未示)承载架的第一侧板26,并构成一开口盒形体以收容诸如硬盘、光驱及电源供应器等电脑次系统。该后板20设有用于收容连接器(图未示)的I/O区(输入输出区)28,及用于插接扩充卡(图未示)的扩充槽区30,以及用于装设电源供应器(图未示)的开口32。该前板24上形成若干通风孔34,以将CPU(图未示)等热源所产生的热量散出。一个5.25英寸磁架36及一个3.5英寸磁架38分别安装于前板24,用以收容硬盘或光驱(图未示)。
请一起参考图2A所示,该底板22相对于承载架26的另一侧缘上,设有呈纵长走向的弯折部40,该弯折部40具有若干槽孔42及若干凸片44,该槽孔42可供侧板14组接,而每一凸片44均设有凸点45,该凸点45可与侧板14接触而提供接地功能。
请复参考图1,该侧板14包括顶折片46、前折片48、底折片50及后折片52。顶折片46设有若干扣爪54,以扣合在顶板18的端缘56上;前折片48在其顶部进一步设有一孔58,该孔58是与前板的孔60对齐(如图5所示),而面板16的一定位脚62可一起穿过孔58及60,以将侧板14固定于前板24上。如图2B所示,该底折片50具有若干交错设置的上折片64及下折片66,再如图3A所示,下折片66是插入于底板22相应槽孔42内。后折片52形成有若干突出部68及一弯折片72,该若干突出部68插入后板20相应槽孔70内,而弯折片72上再形成有一孔74,该孔74并对齐于后板的相应孔76,则提供一手动螺钉78旋入而将侧板14固定在后板20上。
请参考图3A及图4,为将侧板14装配于基座12,该侧板14的下折片66是作为第二安装元件,并倾斜插入于作为第一安装元件的对应槽孔42内;然后,如图3B及图4所示,将侧板14枢转抵靠于基架12,而凸片44的凸点45则抵接于上折片64上。再如图5所示,该面板16是装设在前板24上,并借面板16的定位脚62将侧板14的前折片48固持住。请复参考图4,手动螺钉78则通过将后折片52螺锁于后板20以固持侧板14。
如图6所示,电脑壳体10′的底板22′的弯折部40′形成有凹部84及凸耳80,该凸耳80设有弹片82,弹片82上设有一凸点(图未示),以接触于侧板14′的底折片50′上进而提供接地功能。在组装侧板14′时,侧板14′的底折片50′设有扣板86,用以钩住底板22′的凹部84,然后将侧板14′枢转抵接于基座12′上,而前折片48′的扣爪54′则扣合于前板24′的端缘88,以提供侧板14′与前板24′的机械连接及接地功能。
如图7所示,电脑壳体10″的底板22″的弯折部40″形成有若干凹部84″,侧板14″的底折片50″形成有带倒钩90的若干弯板89及若干弹片82″。在组装侧板14″时,每一弯板89倾斜置入于相应凹部84″内,且每一倒钩90扣合于相应凹部84″的端缘92上,而弹片82″则抵触于弯折部40″上以提供接地功能。

Claims (4)

1.一种电脑系统壳体,包括基座、面板及侧板,所述基座设有前板及与前板相对的后板,所述面板具有可组接于前板的至少一脚部,所述侧板是枢装于前板及后板之间,其特征在于:所述前板具有至少一第一孔,所述后板具有至少一第二孔,而所述侧板具有与前板第一孔对齐设置的第三孔,以及与后板第二孔对齐设置的第四孔,所述第一与第三孔可让面板的脚部延伸穿过固定,而第二及第四孔可借螺钉将侧板及后板螺锁一体。
2.如权利要求1所述的电脑系统壳体,其特征在于:所述侧板还设有一前折片及一后折片,所述第三孔是设于前折片上,而所述第四孔则设于后折片上。
3.如权利要求2所述的电脑系统壳体,其特征在于:所述侧板具有至少一突出部,以收容于基座上对应槽孔内。
4.如权利要求3所述的电脑系统壳体,其特征在于:所述侧板设有至少一扣爪,以扣合于基座的一端缘上。
